Psi-5 Trading Company (DOS) Play through and Commentary

Psi-5 Trading Company is a 1985 game that sees you hauling cargo across space. It's actually one of the very first games I played on a non-console computer.
In this instalment of Lee Plays Old Games, Poorly I play through a "job" to show off what the game looks like and does after a gew people asked me about it.

I remember this very well. I owned the game on 5.25" floppy disks.

You had no energy for the scanner for the whole game, that's why all opponents were "unknown". Also, some ship types always are foes, so if you identify them with the scanner, you can attack them before they attack you.

this was one of the very first games i played when i was a kid. absolutely loved it

11:29 Back when I was really fast in this game I fired 5 or so of different weapons after another. Of course you can achieve a similar result if you change weapons while firing to priority 1, like you did here.
