Hi Dave you can't beat old battered Groynes for long exposures. I also loved the ones where you included the vibrant green seaweed. The last few times I've wanted to do some long exposures it's been blowing a gale and the images end up as UCM (unintentional camera movement) 😂
In your opinion Dave, did the latticework of the pier supports not offer any opportunities for some interesting compositions, perhaps from beneath the pier?
Most probably but to be honest I was having such an enjoyable time on the beach I didn’t actually get any further along the beach! I have not really shot any piers from underneath and been happy with the images so it’s something I never really think about doing. And as I said in the video, once I found a composition I liked I was just waiting for the light, which never came! Next time maybe. Thanks for the idea
Very enjoyable, lovely minimalist scenes.
Thanks for watching mate
Lovely images Dave and well worth the wait.
Thanks Phil, it was a lovely summers evening
Enjoyable as always mate
Cheers Paul
