Glad you got something from it! Sorry if I wasn’t clear but this is how the deal stacked. The total cash required for this was £212k meaning we need about £70k each, which we all gladly put into the deal. Was that not clear in the video? Always looking for feedback!
And yes it was simple to purchase through a ltd company. A bit of back and forth in the shareholders agreement but that’s expected. We have a great team behind us here so setting up the company and finalising the agreement was easy peasy!
