      Yes I would, just for the tax benefits at the end! But everyone’s situation is different so for a conclusive answer I’d speak to an accountant 👍🏼 I can introduce you to one if you’d like?

    Very interesting, thanks. 50k invested each x 3 = £150k. How / where did you raise the extra cash for the purchase? Was this easy through a Limited company?

      Glad you got something from it!
      Sorry if I wasn’t clear but this is how the deal stacked.
      The total cash required for this was £212k meaning we need about £70k each, which we all gladly put into the deal.
      Was that not clear in the video? Always looking for feedback!

      And yes it was simple to purchase through a ltd company. A bit of back and forth in the shareholders agreement but that’s expected. We have a great team behind us here so setting up the company and finalising the agreement was easy peasy!
