All I see here is MORE people & MORE cars on an Island of 9 miles wide & 24 miles long. Malta is going to go BANG!! one day with the amount of people & cars & it won't be a pretty sight!!
Site safety does not look to be a strict regime here, workers on upper floor areas with no hard hats, also no edge protection on any of the floors.
In case of a fire will the residents of top floors be provided with parachutes?
