About the Project:
'SAMAYA'. - #PromotingMentalWellbeing
Assessing the Growing detrimenting Mental health Condition among the youths, Team Vyakta felt the need to do something in this matter among the youths. The growing Suicide case among the youths displayed in the social media walls highlighted the sensitivity and urgency to do something for the issue.
Therefore, a Project to reach out youths through the music, and workshop was initiated.
Targeting the youths aged 15-29, this team worked on making a Music Video that displayed the challenges a mentally challenged individual goes through, alongside the important aspects needed for such individuals to deal with the challenge.
On the other hand, with the aim to provide the awareness about Mental Health and provide tools that would help to better the mental well-being of youths, a workshop was designed.
