    I hope his son still does yo yo stuff and has picked up his fathers mantel with weight lifting. It looked like his son started getting into weight lifting in a video of him squatting

    I have found dumbbell squats (one dumbbell in each hand) to be very effective at building my quads.

    On these DB walking lunges I want you to think of a slow grinding Tank, perhaps a Battlecruiser if advanced.
