Missiles are great in the early game, but they will eventually be phased out for energy weapons. The aliens will eventually mount more point defense. And supplying missile boats at long range is difficult. Propellant sharing is a thing now, so maybe you can do tankers now, but you can't share ammo.
Otherwise I don't know how that rule is supposed to work. You can only supply at your own bases, so that locks you into using missiles?

You're starting with no boost, but can quickly start producing a lot of boost in Nigeria, for example (because of close to equator modifier and okish economy). Still, getting your hands on a couple of boost producing orgs early on will be very adviseable (so playing as exodus and focusing on getting your custom org asap will makes things a lot easier).
You'll most likely miss the moon, but reserving enough spots on Mars shouldn't be a problem.

An interesting set of house rules that came to mind.
Since Exodus will eventualy leave the solar system, it would be VERY profitable to sell(loan) all those fancy stations and ground bases to them since Exodus will eventualy just abandon them. At which point we can "re-aquire" them and sell them again at a bargain price for double the profits! Also we should see if we cant help expedite Exodus leaving the solar system so we can profit off of their cow- valiant efforts in seeking new horizons for humanity.
    1. If we can sell to Exodus we should because we will eventualy get most of said asset back. (Obviously only if we get a good deal, were not running a charity here)
    2. Also because we want our assets back, we should do what we can to help expedite Exodus on their way. (Again, obviously in a way that makes us hard cold cash, not a charity)

Also exists the other way around as Unity Movements -> Europe Ascendant. Then Great Nations -> Great Europa
So doing it with Russia gets you an actual expansion into the former Warsaw Pact a step earlier. Doing it with the EU you get Turkey after the second step and then Russia
