So, in desperation, they forged their own versions of Origin and End from the remains of the Sentinels, and like Mei, Acheron was chosen to carry Origin. But then, when even that was not enough, Acheron took it one step further. To "Naught". Null. Nothingness. Nihility. The Shadow of IX was cast upon the world. nice to see someone has the same theory as me originaly i thought Izumo the world represent Elly not on the human side creating the core in weapon form giving it to people turning them to Oni (Herrschers or MANTIS) to destroy both world, but after rewatching a few times and playing the game a little i notice something, we might be understanding the Star rail universe wrong the first was whos talking, the white hair Oni (kebin) and a nameless woman (*Mei) the second the description that the 2 worlds orbiting the blackhole (IX) the third is the in game map the first is not crucial but some what important for the feels because a lot of us is thinking that she's raiden mei, but the fact is that it isn't she the expy of Dr Mei that's why she's talking to kevin and her real name is Izumo the person that created the blades who took up origin to kill of the whit haired oni (kevin) meaning acheron being the expy of dr Mei means she's from a world where humanity ended at PE, and although the description says planet but we know that bubble universe could be the size of a planet meaning tamagahara could be a bubble universe where the honkai won and the 2 universe colide but in the end they got suck up by IX what makes me belive this is because Tamagahara in shinto basically heaven/valhalla/olympus a place not in the same dimension as the mortal world, secondly each "planet" in the game map is surrounded by circles and the map itself has many of them with panacony being the new one taking one of the spot, but instead of the circles being outline of a planet but bubbles that would work and finally we know that this isn't the same universe welt is from and know that the express can travel between bubble universes, this means that Star Rail is basically captains story as a full game where we are traveling the sea of quanta doing stuff and not letting himeko or teriteri dies infinite times

The woman who became Acheron was also implied to carry the Third Sentinel, Howl, before it broke and took up the sword of Origin, just like Raiden Mei was the Third Herrscher before becoming Origin, so it's not entirely true to say it's 100% a parallel to the PE, but rather that the order of Herrschers or "Sovereigns" (the words mean the same thing), and the way the heroes used the fallen Sovereigns to make the Sentinels (Divine Keys) was the same for Izumo as it was in PE Earth.

This video actually makes the Kiana Sustainer of Heavenly Principles make sense to me, we see the Second Sentinel with void power breaking Akivili’s Star Rail to stop gods of misery passing through , which is what she seems to have done on Teyvat

Basically the 2 planets were always doomed to be absorbed by the 'black sun' so all their struggles were for nothing, and when Acheron realized this she reforged her blade into Naught and tried to slash it, presumably becoming an emanator in the process.
lowkey if the big planet is IX, my interpretation is that they followed IX ‘s path, thinking it was their path to salvation from the honkai, and probably sacrificed a lot to walk this path and get IX to glance at them, but it was all for nothing, and archeron uses her power to strike IX when she finally realizes this (since she probably lost all hope and became a nihilist).
I think "naught" is meant to symbolize the path of nihility since we literally see a black hole above that planet (which is probably the Aeon of Nihility IX). It might be implying that in this alterative universe, the Mei expy slowly gave into the path of nihility and erased her past.
I think she may be TALKING to IX in the trailer. My thinking is IX was the sun of Izumo and the other planet, and was something of a sentient god to them... I.E.... before he became Nihilistic... thus observing the pointless struggle of the people under his 'domain' turned him to Nihility. Notice how the person talking to her seems to be 'guiding' her to the awareness that her fight and history was pointless... this may be a conversation that occurs as she's becoming the Emanator.

Since Origin and End (using End because that's how PE was) fought against each other instead of teaming up, there was no chance, so instead Origin and Finality got broken and became Naught, and there was no CE. HI3 Part 2 covers a different form of Honkai disaster. Honkai manifests differently not only from universe to universe but even from planet to planet. It's entirely possible Honkai exists in some form in Star Rail. It's possible The Abyss in Genshin is that universe's expression of Honkai. miHoYo has even implied before that in their view, the angels in Evangelion are that universe's Honkai. Remember that the word used in Mandarin for Honkai literally translates simply as "collapse."
In the subtitles, to talk about an Aeon, Hoyo always uses all-caps THEY, so Raiden is talking about IX, The Nihility, the living black hole. By the way, Nought means nothing, like saying something was “all for nought”, so that’s talking about Nihility. It seems to me that maybe for their entire existence, the two planets were just slowly, inevitably drawn into the Black Sun, the black hole, but the description says only the black sun knows exactly what happened
The concepts of Origin and End reminds me of the conflict between Hunt and Abundance, if one were to go on without the other to keep it in check it would erase everything else
Im guessing this is based more on previous era, with kevin, the male voice, keeping the finality edict and in the end Mei might have combined finality origin and maybe thunder into naught, before attacking IX, removing Izumo from existence in its entirety
So. In Honkai star rail the aeon of nahility is basically a giant black hole and he roams the universe absorbing planets I assume that’s what that black hole was and when she tried to slash it she became the emanator of nahility

One thing I noted when I watched was that if you replaced the word Kami with 'the Honkai' its almost a parallel to HI3, and the swords are almost like divine keys forged from cores
I used to believe that the "honkai" in Star Rail was the Antimatter Legion, as the Stellarons would fit in the theory. But then there is an aeon of Finality and this trailer, where the "Kami" are clearly the honkai. Or perhaps anything god-like is honkai, and the Aeons are just the known pinacle. Acheron is clearly Kiana-less and Bronya-less Mei - She most likely joined the World Serpent fully, because there are implications she did meet Sakura at some point. Then there is my theory about the main characters. Hoyoverse implied several times in both SR and Genshin, that canonic MC is the one you pick, which results in two nearly same realities. In SR case, one has Stelle, the other one has Caelus, and Acheron did meet version of both of them in her world. So maybe Caelus is indeed Kevin, which would mean that Stelle is Kiana...
or it just 12 boss enemies using the same types of powers like wind, ice, etc... as long as the game itself doesnt tie these events directly to any manifestation of honkai I just wait and see mfg Olli
We know the herrscher of the end (GGZ) and the herrscher of finality (Honkai impact 3rd) are different so I wonder which one of them was the final herrscher in this planet. Cause if the cocoon was in this planet it would be billions of years ago and Acheron would be very old. Also I wonder how they get the authority of origin.
Honkai are Stellaron disasters, what happened on Belobog was basically a Honkai disaster. Honkai is just what the humans of Hi3 named their Stellaron disaster, there's dialogue in both Honkai games that make it extremely clear that Stellarons are capable of what happened in Hi3 if left unchecked and that Honkai invasions happened to other worlds but by other names. Hi3 goes as far as saying Honkai can cause ice ages, so they deliberately drew a connection with Belobog. Stellarons align with paths, so what happened to Hi3 Earth and on Izumo were caused by Finality or Nihility Stellarons, whereas Belobog would have been a Preservation Stellaron or something.
Shaoji did not lie when he said there would be little hints and callbacks to anyone who’s played HI3 during the 2.1 patch stream. Don’t know if Anton mentioned it yet, but in the Japanese version, the lightning blade is also straight up called “Mei”. Hell they even use one of HoT’s skill names as a title in this
The moral of this story is, everything they did was meaningless. There were 2 planets at war, fighting for it's survival. These 2 planets didn't orbit a sun, but a black hole. This meant that no matter who won, in the end it was meaningless. The fate of the planet was to be swallowed up by the black hole. So it lost its meaning, similair to how nihility means that there is no meaning. This is what made Acheron the emanator of Nihility. By learning the truth of the world, all those warriors who lost their lives in the creation of the 12 blades, the 2 new ones forged from them. All of it was meaningless, and thus the final blade Acheron currently wields "Naught" being an innuendo for Nihility, is what makes her an emenator
The devs themselves were saying Archeron had some suprises in her lore that HI3 fans in particular would enjoy, still, this really is on the nose don't u think? I expect that we will get more characters in the future that will be closely tied to Honkai Impact. I would't be suprised if we get a storyline somewhere were Welt finds a way home and we tag along(maybe a crosssover?) I also expect that Emenators will take the place of Herrchers as playable super characters couse Archeron herself is OP as hell.
To be honest i think there is 0% chance of there being anew kiana for Acheron. There likely was a kiana in her world but like everyone else she died. I think there is a chance acheron gets alittle happier in life by making new friends with mc and other people but i dought she will get a kiana.
I don't know the story of Hi3 but i'm incredibly happy for those that have played it because this trailer seems so hype for them. (side note, are your Hi3 streams available to watch anywhere or are the vods on your twitch up to date at least?)

This feels like a Multiverse setup and the world there from is like a Bad End world. Call it NoKiana Universe is where Acheron comes from. Naught is a word meaning "nothingness, nonexistence" Basically Nihility... So the blades from that universe ended with the blade of Nihility and she used it to maybe destroy her universe??? becoming a self-annihilator / emanator of IX and being transported to HSR's universe. I feel like the stellaron == honkai...
I think this is pretty much the alternate universe Honkai Impact 3rd. It's the bad ending, where Raiden loses everything and forges a connection with IX the Nihility

From my perspective, this is essentially like a failed version of Raiden Mei in another bubble Universe. Maybe she lost someone very important (I wanna be delulu and say its her version of Kiana). That's why she walked the path of Nihility now Idk how far you are from the Honkai Impact main story, but it does add a lot of more context to Star Rail if you reached the end of Part 1
Nihility is because she got into shadow of IX - aoeon of Nihility. His eminators are not really chosen by it, these people are just unlucky to come into their shadow, with time they lose some aspect that makes them human, in case of Acheron is her memories.
This is so sad. In the 2.0 story we learned nothing about her as a character, in the 2.1 livestream they just talked about how she looks like Mei and how nostalgic it is and this trailer is just about Honkai lore. They did Acheron dirty by degrading her to be nothing more than a Raiden Mei lookalike rather than an expy with her own personality and soul. Many will be pulling on her banner but not a single player is pulling for Acheron as it’s nothing more than a name.
Thats like your opinion only. It was never a secret that HSR is about the endless possibilities of the Honkaiverse starting with the first patch, both Silverwolf and Bronya existing. In fact, Acheron is nothing alike Raiden Mei in personality. There are many conclusions you can make about this trailer and you just resort to an extreme one because of a parallel you never even closely investigated.

Just adding some missed lore, those that held Edict edges and sentinels were turned into Oni’s which were their equivalent of MANTIS soldiers

This is an alternate version of Mei who never had a Kiana or a Bronya. This is a Mei who lost everything and was forced to carry on alone.
As for the Honkai... HI3 Part 2 covers a different form of Honkai disaster. Honkai manifests differently not only from universe to universe but even from planet to planet. It's entirely possible Honkai exists in some form in Star Rail. It's possible The Abyss in Genshin is that universe's expression of Honkai. miHoYo has even implied before that in their view, the angels in Evangelion are that universe's Honkai.
Remember that the word used in Mandarin for Honkai literally translates simply as "collapse."
In the subtitles, to talk about an Aeon, Hoyo always uses all-caps THEY, so Raiden is talking about IX, The Nihility, the living black hole. By the way, Nought means nothing, like saying something was “all for nought”, so that’s talking about Nihility.
It seems to me that maybe for their entire existence, the two planets were just slowly, inevitably drawn into the Black Sun, the black hole, but the description says only the black sun knows exactly what happened

The concepts of Origin and End reminds me of the conflict between Hunt and Abundance, if one were to go on without the other to keep it in check it would erase everything else

Im guessing this is based more on previous era, with kevin, the male voice, keeping the finality edict and in the end Mei might have combined finality origin and maybe thunder into naught, before attacking IX, removing Izumo from existence in its entirety
So. In Honkai star rail the aeon of nahility is basically a giant black hole and he roams the universe absorbing planets I assume that’s what that black hole was and when she tried to slash it she became the emanator of nahility

Since I know u watched all the hi3 trailers if u look at the truth blade and look closer on that monster it’s literally the monster that bronya fought in her trailer when she became Herrscher of reason

One thing I noted when I watched was that if you replaced the word Kami with 'the Honkai' its almost a parallel to HI3, and the swords are almost like divine keys forged from cores
I used to believe that the "honkai" in Star Rail was the Antimatter Legion, as the Stellarons would fit in the theory. But then there is an aeon of Finality and this trailer, where the "Kami" are clearly the honkai. Or perhaps anything god-like is honkai, and the Aeons are just the known pinacle.
Acheron is clearly Kiana-less and Bronya-less Mei - She most likely joined the World Serpent fully, because there are implications she did meet Sakura at some point.
Then there is my theory about the main characters. Hoyoverse implied several times in both SR and Genshin, that canonic MC is the one you pick, which results in two nearly same realities. In SR case, one has Stelle, the other one has Caelus, and Acheron did meet version of both of them in her world. So maybe Caelus is indeed Kevin, which would mean that Stelle is Kiana...
or it just 12 boss enemies using the same types of powers like wind, ice, etc...
as long as the game itself doesnt tie these events directly to any manifestation of honkai I just wait and see

This is a literary retelling of "Hi3rd Part 1" but a "bad end"
They did put some touches of World Diva in there.... I hear it in some parts.
We know the herrscher of the end (GGZ) and the herrscher of finality (Honkai impact 3rd) are different so I wonder which one of them was the final herrscher in this planet.
Cause if the cocoon was in this planet it would be billions of years ago and Acheron would be very old.
Also I wonder how they get the authority of origin.
Honkai are Stellaron disasters, what happened on Belobog was basically a Honkai disaster. Honkai is just what the humans of Hi3 named their Stellaron disaster, there's dialogue in both Honkai games that make it extremely clear that Stellarons are capable of what happened in Hi3 if left unchecked and that Honkai invasions happened to other worlds but by other names. Hi3 goes as far as saying Honkai can cause ice ages, so they deliberately drew a connection with Belobog. Stellarons align with paths, so what happened to Hi3 Earth and on Izumo were caused by Finality or Nihility Stellarons, whereas Belobog would have been a Preservation Stellaron or something.
I literally cried when I recognized the lait motif from Lament of the Fallen in this trailer.

Shaoji did not lie when he said there would be little hints and callbacks to anyone who’s played HI3 during the 2.1 patch stream. Don’t know if Anton mentioned it yet, but in the Japanese version, the lightning blade is also straight up called “Mei”. Hell they even use one of HoT’s skill names as a title in this
The moral of this story is, everything they did was meaningless. There were 2 planets at war, fighting for it's survival. These 2 planets didn't orbit a sun, but a black hole. This meant that no matter who won, in the end it was meaningless. The fate of the planet was to be swallowed up by the black hole. So it lost its meaning, similair to how nihility means that there is no meaning. This is what made Acheron the emanator of Nihility. By learning the truth of the world, all those warriors who lost their lives in the creation of the 12 blades, the 2 new ones forged from them. All of it was meaningless, and thus the final blade Acheron currently wields "Naught" being an innuendo for Nihility, is what makes her an emenator
The devs themselves were saying Archeron had some suprises in her lore that HI3 fans in particular would enjoy, still, this really is on the nose don't u think?
I expect that we will get more characters in the future that will be closely tied to Honkai Impact.
I would't be suprised if we get a storyline somewhere were Welt finds a way home and we tag along(maybe a crosssover?)
I also expect that Emenators will take the place of Herrchers as playable super characters couse Archeron herself is OP as hell.

To be honest i think there is 0% chance of there being anew kiana for Acheron. There likely was a kiana in her world but like everyone else she died. I think there is a chance acheron gets alittle happier in life by making new friends with mc and other people but i dought she will get a kiana.
I don't know the story of Hi3 but i'm incredibly happy for those that have played it because this trailer seems so hype for them. (side note, are your Hi3 streams available to watch anywhere or are the vods on your twitch up to date at least?)

This feels like a Multiverse setup and the world there from is like a Bad End world. Call it NoKiana Universe is where Acheron comes from. Naught is a word meaning "nothingness, nonexistence" Basically Nihility... So the blades from that universe ended with the blade of Nihility and she used it to maybe destroy her universe??? becoming a self-annihilator / emanator of IX and being transported to HSR's universe. I feel like the stellaron == honkai...

From my perspective, this is essentially like a failed version of Raiden Mei in another bubble Universe. Maybe she lost someone very important (I wanna be delulu and say its her version of Kiana). That's why she walked the path of Nihility now
Idk how far you are from the Honkai Impact main story, but it does add a lot of more context to Star Rail if you reached the end of Part 1
Nihility is because she got into shadow of IX - aoeon of Nihility. His eminators are not really chosen by it, these people are just unlucky to come into their shadow, with time they lose some aspect that makes them human, in case of Acheron is her memories.
Elysia really doesnt exist in a different world... Origin is not Elysia but instead its Mei

This is so sad. In the 2.0 story we learned nothing about her as a character, in the 2.1 livestream they just talked about how she looks like Mei and how nostalgic it is and this trailer is just about Honkai lore.
They did Acheron dirty by degrading her to be nothing more than a Raiden Mei lookalike rather than an expy with her own personality and soul.
Many will be pulling on her banner but not a single player is pulling for Acheron as it’s nothing more than a name.
Thats like your opinion only. It was never a secret that HSR is about the endless possibilities of the Honkaiverse starting with the first patch, both Silverwolf and Bronya existing. In fact, Acheron is nothing alike Raiden Mei in personality. There are many conclusions you can make about this trailer and you just resort to an extreme one because of a parallel you never even closely investigated.

If you want to see for yourself scroll through every single comment section of trailers about her on any platform. You will not find a single comment about how great her personality is. All you will find is people being exited for Mei, for the Honkai connection or for her kit. If you find a single comment who is actually exited for Acheron as a character you can say I am wrong.
