theres the possibility that the officer in the last one made the dog alert, as they have been caught doing that to people they dont like, on the other hand it is a bit more probable that the dog just made a mistake
Intentionally hitting a deer is a crime, but if a deer runs in the middle of the road and you hit it, that’s not a crime, additionally if you swirve to avoid a deer and hit another car, you’re actually liable for all damages to both cars

You’re right but idk about that last part. I mean if the cop commanded the dog to “alert” knowing well that there may not be anything in there, that wouldn’t be the dog’s fault.

@morepegasus a big thing to remember with sniff dogs is that they can also be trained to give a “positive” response to certain words or actions, there’s been cases where that is used to illegally search someones car. there was a dicsussion a while back on wether drug dogs should even be allowed to be used as probable cause to search a car but that discussion fizzled out.

You can absolutely get smashed off one drink. But those are usually people with a hop sensitivity dealing with beer.... Or people who didnt know they have a reduced ability to process alcohol. These people usually dont know and cant even make it to the car, or have dealt with it once before and are actually scared to drink in public. My half sister gets destroyed by a single shot of low grade alcohol
Man you had terrible take on that last one. You even shit on the fact that he was a law student, while the narrator himself was commending the guy for carrying himself well in the situation. Then the video immediately ends when you realize it. Nice.
Pegasus, I believe that the officer lied to get him arrested. they do it all the time in America, and the rights of US citizens are the most important thing when it comes to being arrested/searched. that's why the man was so concerned about his privacy and rights (he knows his rights). the officer either planted or lied about it.
It was super obvious, this guy's just an idiot. Why do people watch him? He's CONSTANTLY wrong, CONSTANTLY missing the point and this time it's especially obvious when the narrator says the officer told them that the dog found something before even searching the vehicle. it's even obvious IN THE VIDEO that nobody did any searching!
Some people can get drunk off 1 beer it's not impossible. There are even people out there with a disease where they culture yeast within their gastrointestinal systems where it interacts with the food they ate producing alcohol making them drunk without ever drinking anything alcoholic. Yes dogs can hit on things that have just been in the presence of drugs earlier that is probably what happened.
I like how the cop picked up her bumper piece and puzzle fit it like, "you see this?" 😂😂 And "one drink" could mean anything. Because one Long Island Iced Tea is a hefty "one drink..." Lmao
It actually is unlawful to make a citizen wait an "extended" period of time for a k9 unit to arrive to do a sniff search. But its more department based i think. Also bro was on auto pilot last clip he wasnt even paying attention lol.
For the last one cops are well known for dragging out the search with their dogs in order to get them to falsely alert. Basically keeping them there until they finally signal whether they smell anything or not. The dog is essentially signaling because that's what it thinks the cop wants him to do.
Thank god the father understood and didn't try to back up or protect his daughter. People who are never taught lessons, eventually do the unspeakable to others, which leads to more hurt and damage then previous. Teaching them a lesson early and not waiting is key. Must if been hard for the dad, but he knew it was the only right thing to do.
In that last clip, from my understanding, the police officer had no way to actually arrest the man driving the U-haul, especially given his supposed reason for holding the man there was him "being nervous". It has been known in the past that some officers will lie about having a K9 sniffing out drugs just to make an arrest and abuse their power, for whatever reason that may be. Given nothing was found upon searching the vehicle, it could be reasonably infered it was a racially motivated arrest, however anything else about this case, to my knowledge is unavailable to the public.
You really judged that last guy unfairly. I’m not a black man in America but to act like you don’t know why he’d naturally be scared of police is ignorant (no disrespect). Otherwise, props to the first dad he’s out here building character. He won’t have second dad’s problems after this 🎉
The police lied about the dog alerting them! You should rewatch. The law student was in the right the entire time, he swerved slightly after missing his exit and the cop said "he almost crashed" which was untrue

Nice.
She thought daddy would save her, he reacts to her video on the internet instead.
Imagine if that traffic light was a person.
I think she should never drive again.
"I was texting" Nah fam no dad of yours is going to save you from this one
Some people can get drunk off 1 beer it's not impossible. There are even people out there with a disease where they culture yeast within their gastrointestinal systems where it interacts with the food they ate producing alcohol making them drunk without ever drinking anything alcoholic. Yes dogs can hit on things that have just been in the presence of drugs earlier that is probably what happened.
I like how the cop picked up her bumper piece and puzzle fit it like, "you see this?" 😂😂 And "one drink" could mean anything. Because one Long Island Iced Tea is a hefty "one drink..." Lmao
He picked up vehicle debris and immediately said “that’s a special tool that’ll help us later”
You can get drunk off of one drink if its a whole cup of vodka 😂😂😂
Long Island Iced Tea is like a glass sized shot
It actually is unlawful to make a citizen wait an "extended" period of time for a k9 unit to arrive to do a sniff search. But its more department based i think. Also bro was on auto pilot last clip he wasnt even paying attention lol.
For the last one cops are well known for dragging out the search with their dogs in order to get them to falsely alert. Basically keeping them there until they finally signal whether they smell anything or not. The dog is essentially signaling because that's what it thinks the cop wants him to do.
I'm sure the father had no pleasure arresting his daughter. It's called tough love.
Every time pegasus uploads, he makes my day happier😊. Committing a crime and saying “my dad is a cop” is a clear red flag. I agree.
Just a father doing his diligence and grounding his daughter.
i think it is a crime to hit a deer intentionally but a majority of the time they just run into on coming traffic
I think before bodycams, saying your Dad is the sheriff actually might have worked.
He said that the officer said the dog smelt drugs when they didn't even enter the vehicle or with the dog. Aka the officer lied
It’s giving Gwen Stacy in ATS
In that last clip, from my understanding, the police officer had no way to actually arrest the man driving the U-haul, especially given his supposed reason for holding the man there was him "being nervous". It has been known in the past that some officers will lie about having a K9 sniffing out drugs just to make an arrest and abuse their power, for whatever reason that may be. Given nothing was found upon searching the vehicle, it could be reasonably infered it was a racially motivated arrest, however anything else about this case, to my knowledge is unavailable to the public.
A black guy acting nervous in front of the police officer… and you’re wondering why?
Hitting a deer isn't a crime. Do you know how many people would be criminalized for a deer running in the road?
I’m sorry for the cops for having to do this imagine you just having to arrest your shield knowing that you might not see them for a long time
You really judged that last guy unfairly. I’m not a black man in America but to act like you don’t know why he’d naturally be scared of police is ignorant (no disrespect). Otherwise, props to the first dad he’s out here building character. He won’t have second dad’s problems after this 🎉
If my dad arrested me I definitely would be pissed but I also wouldn’t blame him. No one is above the law.
Bringing up "My dad is a cop" is not going to help but potentially cost that cop's job...
Good job, sheriff, you raised a net negative.
Ngl that must suck for the parent.
The police lied about the dog alerting them! You should rewatch. The law student was in the right the entire time, he swerved slightly after missing his exit and the cop said "he almost crashed" which was untrue
cop could just have lied or plant the smell in the area
5:56 someone crashing into a deer is how the virus began in Train To Busan.
16:09 the dog is just an excure to break the 4th.
I used to know a guy in the army who couldn’t handle alcohol dude got drunk off two beers. Idk why he couldn’t but yes some people can’t metabolize alcohol at all, it was hilarious lol yes he was also the virgin of the platoon at 24
I'm jealous. I wish I could smoke pot universally.
I like how Pegasus assumes the black guy at the end is lying and guilty. Then just turns out the pigs were lying. Great look Pegasus dummy.
Yeah. I like pegasus but he messed up there. The black guy did nothing wrong.
@@ErinChappel he could have drove erratic on purpose to get pulled over and sprinkle just enough cocaine to alert the dog but not to be seen/found in the uhaul to sue for wrongful arrest
@@coldfire420 that's quite elaborate and risky af. So I Doubt it.
The second case, I understand why they were confused but they're still being corrupt.
This is actually a really great video. This shows that they are great cops because the didn't go lightly just for knowing them.
the last one tho
rare pegasus L misunderstanding the last clip
7:35 Yeah, it really depends on both the drink, the amount of said drink, and how much the person drinks, If you give someone who never drinks or has never drank before the most intense shit you can find, and like a full bottle of it, they're gonna be drunk for sure, also depends on what you consider a drink, if I were to get a full on half gallon cup full of Vodka, I'd be drunk for sure.
Given her height and blood-alcohol content, how much you reckon that “1 drink” was?
@@datdankdj8264 Water cooler full of moonshine!
Not saying she did get drunk off of one drink, just saying its possible, she definitely had 3-5 drinks.
I think you might have called it wrong on the last video Pegasus, some dogs give "false alerts" and actually find nothing, it happens a time or two
She said “I was texting” like it would help💀
You can get drunk from one alcoholic beverage if you are on certain medication because they cause it feel like they drunk multiple.
Pegasus just so you know people can get drunk by one drink , because of there low Imounity system
She's not a menace to society but is a danger to those in the road. Probably a habitual liar 😊
My mom got a ticket because she skipped the stop but she did not skip it
bro when it comes to your freedom to not be searched, PLEASE, do not normalize that being ok. Cops do whatever the fuck they want. Don't give them the opportunity to make something up because you feel safe
It was a false alert from the dog. They said the dog alerted to the smell of narcotics yet nothing was found. Handlers can have their dogs alert even when their is nothing illegal present. It's why they shouldn't be admissible in court bc of exactly that last case.
Imagine thinking people hit deer on purpose
