I agree that she is the best so far vocally, but as we know after how many seasons, its not always the best vocalist who wins. Most of the time it's not.

Literally hundreds did, this girl is a pageant singer that failed under pressure last season.

I’ve probably watched this a dozen times in the last few days- IMO one of the best Idol auditions EVER. So creative with the arrangement, and she nails every single note (which there are a lot of) but more importantly is emotionally connected!

i will always remember what she did for a former contestant Fire, Fire was abandoned by her duet partner on the second round of hollywood week and Jayna stood up risking her own spot to sing with Fire, not only an amazing singer but also an amazing person, i’m so glad she’s back sounding better than ever

She and another girl were also the ones that let Adin join their group when he was struggling. She def should’ve made top 24 last time and I think she’s gonna go far. One of the best of the season for sure.

returning for a 2nd chance, picking a Big song, flowing into the melody with emotion and intent. It's like she jumped off the cliff and sailed. Loved the church stops and then she pulled out the long-held notes. Amazing! Very well crafted arrangement. - So You Wanna Be A Singer
