DJ just has a presence about him. Been through a lot and has a lot of life experiences to where he’s learned a lot and can share a lot of top notch knowledge transfers. He needs to speak more often. Love this collab with Bum!

DJ & Cole are real life role models. Both have been through sheer destruction mentally and physically, but in the end, the path of the right will always follow through. Great to see these guys prosper.
Audio editing tip: mute all mics that aren’t speaking, EQ out the prevalent hiss, and set a noise gates. Will drastically clean up the breathing and hissing we can hear. Loved this video!

Best podcast to date and truly inspirational listening to 2 badass dudes open up and be vulnerable and talk about things that some may hold in their whole life and partnering up with the owners of a supplement company with the same morals and beliefs .

Absolutely fantastic podcast. Former Division 1 offensive lineman and so much about what you spoke about was so relatable and hit home. The routines, staying in motion, help from psychedelics (ketamine for me). Really appreciate the vulnerability, GBRS has a new fan in me. God bless you guys!

I’ve been badmouthed and pushed around by people further along, more skilled, or more talented/successful than me. The one thing they have in common is that they all knew I was going to surpass them eventually. Some I still am catching up to, and I use that as fuel. It’s not a healthy growth mechanism from them, I can see the insecurity in their face, I hear it in their voice when my progress is mentioned.
I’m grateful that this doesn’t exist As much around DJ’s circles, and I want to make my circles look just like that. I follow him, Cole and GBRS every day.

Hell yeah pyscedelics can help ppl, going through depression, anxiety, trauma, ptsd, addiction to substances, even ppl who arent struggling can get great benefits from it, if done right it can literally be a life changing experience, its def powerful, you might even have a bad experience, and then afterwards/ later on realise it actually benefited you greatly, and showed you stuff you need to work on
Had the worst trip of my life on LSD . Abused it in Highschool 50+ times and the last time I did it I went into a different dimension of some sort of “Hell”. Opened my eyes to be thankful for what I have in my life and to keep moving forward because I thought I wasn’t going to make it out of 17+ hours of that shit hole. Who knows mihjt have been laced with some DMT. I’m thankful for everything regardless. Joining the navy to be an electrician. Couldn’t have done anything different but if y’all are thinking about trying stuff plz be in a good mental state.

I've been looking into psychedelic treatment myself. It's always been an area of research that I thought could have benefits for trauma (PTSD & CPTSD), but ever since the old Bureau of Narcotics days, the authorities have taken a closed-minded stance towards the potential benefits of psychedelics (aka psychotropics, entheogens, whatever).
There was some research into it's effects on Schizophrenics in the '50's and '60's, after the discovery of LSD (they believed LSD-25 could help them understand the condition by mimicking its effects in an otherwise neurotypical brain), but they closed down all research into psychedelics, and the DEA classified them as Class A drugs ("no therapeutic value" - despite anecdotal evidence of their therapeutic use throughout human history) - AFTER, that is, the Government themselves had used them for immoral and inhumane, and likely illegal experiments like MK-Ultra... Experiments that had very little, if any, grounding in the scientific method whatsoever.
eg. Keeping a heroin addict (& giving him heroin in exchange for participating in the "experiment"l imprisoned in the Lexington Narcotics Farm on increasing daily doses of LSD for a month - one example of the "experiments" the Government conducted- teaches us WHAT exactly?

Therapist use to do this with ppl coming back from war with severe ptsd and trauma and Stats said it CURED over 60% of people in there FIRST visit alone... then the government heard this made it illegal... go figure, the therapist were all saying it was a terrible law/ idea bc it helped so many ppl, but nope they kept jt illegal
@@MotoNoir86 you can find groups on the downlow, that have therapy type setting, you just gotta talk to ppl and look/ ask around, the state I live in, I know has places that do this, bc it's so effective
