I really enjoyed how in MWii you unlocked attachments once and that unlocked it for every gun. Instead of unlocking a red dot 30 times you just unlock it one time and thats it and honestly it felt like such a break.
@@AscendARcold war had a good campaign and had potential to be great but sbmm and a super rushed product made the game feel hollow. Imagine cold war with the development time of mw2019. Either way the last good cod was bo4 and the last great cod was bo3 sadly
Some of the older “bad” COD games were just bad because they missed the mark, but still had lots of effort put into them. Nowadays the “bad” COD games are bad because they’re filler games with no soul at all. I can’t bring myself to blame the devs for this, though
About MW2019, slide canceling wasn’t a glitch. The glitch was actually the fact that each time you slide cancel the tac sprint refreshed, which allowed players to move fast infinitely. With how they made movements slow in MWII, idk how infinity ward didn’t fix the tac sprint refresh during MW2019’s lifespan
From MW2022 I really enjoyed the co op raid missions. Me and my friends had a ton of fun on those trying to solve the puzzles and fighting the waves of enemies
New MW2 weapon tuning I actually liked, didn't like that you unlocked it so late, but being able to finely tune your weapons to how you used them felt nice
new MW2 was an easy choice for me, the new camo system. having so many different camos that were not terribly hard to unlock but still made you grind was just a breath of fresh air especially with how stressful it can be camo grinding with SBMM
I enjoyed MW19's spec ops, and I would try Raids and Spec ops in MWII, but I'm not buying MW2. I would say Spec Ops is the reason I'm one of the few people who thought open combat was fine despite the story not being good in MWIII.
Why does everyone THINK cod points in bo1 made you able to unlock the weapons in any order you wanted?? Youre like the 100th yter to get it wrong. For attachments and camos this is true. But you needed to level up just like any other cod to unlock the weapons first. Once you hit said rank you could purchase the weapon!
I know you had to hit a certain level before you could buy them! But generally it’s true, you will always have multiple options to pick from to buy, so you have a choice of what to get first!
I'd say for MWII, the simplified camo grind was probably a plus. Instead of spending hours upon hours doing very specific challenges for a single gun, then never touching it again, you had to go back to each and every weapon to use it multiple times.
For me, the one thing I liked about MWII 2022 (and by extension MWIII 2023) is that they streamlined the mastery camo. I work a full time job and didn't have the hours to get 1000 kills for every weapon, 800 headshots, etc, so it really helped me out.
They didn't listen to the community in MW3... They just kept MW2 like that on purpose so they could sell a last minute idea of a $70 movement update putting it as a ''we listen to the feedback'' videogame. And every content released in the new seasons is just recycled stuff except for shop bundles. There has been nothing good in this franchise since 2020 with Cold War.
Sledgehammer has literally been listening to feedback constantly in MW3 past launch. Also, despite what a lotta people seem to think, Activision wasn't "forcing MWII to suck" it's super obvious that unfortunately, that's just the terrible state of Infinity Ward at this time in COD. They did the same stuff in MW 2019 as well, minus the movement and it was even said that many devs from IW hated that slide cancelling was a thing. MWII was bad because Infinity Ward is bad now, not because of Activision, Activision just sucks regardless.
@@DeadSpacedOut Literally all the content they released at first in MW3 was confirmed for MW2 on a big update because 2023 wasn't meant to have a CoD for the first time in history, but when they saw the sales they decided to envelop it in gift paper and resell it for $70 with a movement update. They DID force MW2 to stay like that. And if they actually listened to the community, SBMM would have been removed since Black Ops Cold War. Now they are actually listening because XDefiant exists but, again, the game will have SBMM and they'll focus on warzone and within 3 weeks it will be dead again.

You're one of the first YT people to actually prop up ghosts class system. It got so much hate back when it came out but its just a Pick 10 type system with weighted perks. It has the most replayability, balancing, and viable options of any system we have had imo. Plus the ability to have 10 whole soldiers and essentially 100 create a classes was unmatched. I legitimately had 40-50 active classes back when I played ghosts due to this and had different soldiers with different class arrangements for specific maps. Especially since you couldn't edit classes during game back then. (also this just made me think ahead hoping that gets brought up as a W for MW2019. or the animations.)

Vanguard is by far my favorite COD since BOIII. I loved Cold War but there just wasn't enough grind friendly things to do. Vanguard on the other hand, everything in the entire game was grindable from the operators having bronze, gold and diamond skins, all the way to the calling cards having frames and titles that you could grind for. I pretty much loved everything about Vanguard and at the time, I had no idea we were supposed to "hate" it because I took a 2 year break from social media. I had no clue until MWII was released that everyone hated it especially because I was in a clan that was ranked in the top 25 in the world and had a red clan tag and everything. With the exceptions of Damage, Breath, and 2 Attachments, but this also meant that you could have proficiencies on guns that wouldn't normally have them, such as Range or Speed on ARs.

the only thing i could say positive about mw22 tbh is maps as i liked them for snd. the gun balancing was pretty solid as well. if anything else id say community in a sense? mostly from the perspective of i was able to find people to play with in snd easily after carrying a team to a win
COD 4: The sniping felt so pure, imo the most balanced snipers have ever been WaW: The maps (yes even the huge ones) also the voice acting in the Multiplayer ("Our hounds will tear them to shreds!!!") MW2: Pro perks, every COD game needs pro perks imo BO1: The SR71, Chopper Gunner, Dogs trio iykyk. Also the combat record and the debut of the emblem creator. Oh! and PARTY GAMES!!! (BO1 is the GOAT) MW3: Splitting streaks into Assault, Support, and Specialist and also allowing you to set specific streaks to each class BO2: Pick 10 system gave more variety to making classes. The BO2 create a class had so much depth to it that they had to release a buyable add on that allowed you to have 100 classes!!!

Playing Cod 4 not remastered AK 47 silencer getting the same basic streaks over and over again just hit different compared to the newer ones 😢
the only thing i could say positive about mw22 tbh is maps as i liked them for snd. the gun balancing was pretty solid as well. if anything else id say community in a sense? mostly from the perspective of i was able to find people to play with in snd easily after carrying a team to a win
Those bo1 wager matches was unmatched
Honorable mention for bo4 is the camos probably the best in the series
COD 4: The sniping felt so pure, imo the most balanced snipers have ever been
WaW: The maps (yes even the huge ones) also the voice acting in the Multiplayer ("Our hounds will tear them to shreds!!!")
MW2: Pro perks, every COD game needs pro perks imo
BO1: The SR71, Chopper Gunner, Dogs trio iykyk. Also the combat record and the debut of the emblem creator. Oh! and PARTY GAMES!!! (BO1 is the GOAT)
MW3: Splitting streaks into Assault, Support, and Specialist and also allowing you to set specific streaks to each class
BO2: Pick 10 system gave more variety to making classes. The BO2 create a class had so much depth to it that they had to release a buyable add on that allowed you to have 100 classes!!!
wold at war was terrifying imo
As a child I was not prepared for World at War 😂
og cod with the boys was the best
I miss those times when all my friends still played
MW2 2022 what i liked most is how the new camo grind is
I never played wager matches because when I played bo1 online it was 2018 and no one played it I never found a game of wager
Rip! Wager matches were so much fun. It’s sad to think about because we will never see them again
for mw2022 i would say the new camo system was something i loved. that’s probably it tho
MW2 2022 changed the camo grind in a good way
Much more positive than your last video
And personally I thought the camo grind was perfect in mwII
Glad to see i'm not the only one that hates MW 2019 and MWII, but loves Cold War and MW3. After that Bo6 reveal though, looks like we're in for a treat once again!
Nobody has anything nice to say about vanguard but it had the same "everything is op" feature from mw2. On launch almost the entire weapon pool had something broken in it, not to mention perks
MW2019 had a lot of potential, but they removed og minimap making it ultra-campy. but i mean... graphic was amazing, the gunsmith was good and the guns were soooo satinsfing to use.
I know we all like to remember all the guns from MW2 being good but let’s not forget the WA2000 was in that game too 😬
in my opinion apart from mw3 2023 and mw2 2022 every other cod game is amazing and a blast to play
MW 19 and Cold War were awesome but I feel things went downhill when MW 22 came out
