The only beings left finish their goals, their goal, they collaborate together, they did it perfectly, with no further goals to achieve. I don’t know how this dude made toys so emotive. I can see the emotion in their plastic faces better than in any modern disney movie. Similarly, I’ve been more emotionally invested in this series than several other films. 10/10 I want to wipe my memory so I can binge the entire thing with fresh eyes.
I love Godzilla (OG one)s character development. He started as an unlikeable douche, who hated everyone and was a shitty, alcoholic father and friend. And now, he's arguably one of THE most changed people in fiction, as he's now a good father, a good friend, and would literally die for Monster Island. Its been so amazing to watch him change into the hero he is now.
