One very important item to never overlook: Use the write in the rain (or plastic laminated) paper and record your name, blood type, medications and known allergy issues, and emergency contact. Make several and keep them updated and keep one pinned to outer clothing when hiking!

Nice video Tom, I have a couple of the larger Maxpediton pouches and really enjoy them.
One comment, you said that the little silver colour knife inside the pouch was a Leatherman X, however it is one of the various Swiss Army knives that are available (and are great knives too).

Perhaps he was thinking about the Victorinox Pioneer X with Aox scales. The name brands seem to go on and on nowadays.

The rear on my maxpedition micro is not nylon but a plastic smooth waterproof material. Its not a copy as i got it in the Maxpedition store. maybe they have changed them in the last 12 months? The front badge Expedition also saiys "hard-use gear" underneath.
    Great video 👍
