All you need to know is that you make a main character and a main secondary character that follows you the whole game leveling up. Then you can add 2 more characters that you meet in the gameworld through quests etc. to your party so you have a total of 4. But i dont think the 2 gameworld characters you let join your party ever level up skills just you can give them better gear, i forget. You only ever control your main character, so all others are NPCs.
I've been waiting for this sequel for years. I hope you give it a chance.
dragons dogma 1 is such a great game, its a shame not many people played it
Monster Hunter probably wouldn't have mounting if it wasn't for Dragon's Dogma 1.
Most of this mechanics and skills from dd1, but now this looks amazing
Please watch some previews and more content abt this game cuz there’s a lot of really cool content but if you don’t understand how it works you may see it as much more shallow than it is or not discover it at all.
Each time I see "wow players first Time" I close the video.

@@randomdungeonmaster Dragon's Dogma does it way more dynamically than most especially for its time
