Just found your video. Well done. Always loved the KLR and it was on list but is just too tall for me. I went with a triumph scrambler. Quite a different animal than the KLR but good all rounder (I fell in love with the sound).
Looking forward to watching your other videos though. These are my kind of zen videos. 👍

Good to see you trying different bikes. Loved to hear your thoughts on it. You didnt expect it to be a thoroughbred, when it was a mule/work hrose.
I have a WR450F in Australia, more enduro than dual sport, but that KLR, and the Suzuki, as you said, perfect for that they were made for, and the price! If I had to cross Australia from east to west, through the middle and outback... I would take the KLR for sure. And for the price... have a spare in reserve!

After the japanese drums, the bikes !! Awesome video man, can't wait for the ''real'' off-road. The klr is heavy to pick from the ground compare to a dr650 or xr650l but lightweight to gs and another adventure bikes. its the most adventure dual sports of them all.
I have a 22 KLR and it is wonderful! Just did a 300 mile trip this weekend and it performed perfectly. Not comparing it to anything else, it is a KLR and I really like it. Only paid 5300 for it with 71 miles on her, not a scratch on it, dealer's paperwork and all manuals included. so how can you get more value than that? Enjoy the ride and be safe!
