      The cook seemed to be looking to appease the crowd more than educate them. He said chefs tend to cook venison rare, which is untrue. He should have said closer to well done. He said people get sick from eating venison, which is true for like only .0000000000001 percent of the world population, two people lol. People have been eating deer since the beginning of time. His word usage was off. I think that was Sonny's point.
