  • Dinner at L'Atelier De Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas. Right next door to his signature restaurant is his "Workshop" restaurant. Although Michelin does not review Las Vegas anymore, this restaurant always had a star. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO EVERYONE @ L'Atelier for such an amazing dinner and THANK YOU to the Montreal couple next to us; talking about food with other foodies is always a diamond moment.

    What a great restaurant. The chefs are so eager to share their knowledge of cooking techniques.
    Do you have any of Monsieur Joel Robuchons books?
    The Complete Robuchon is more of a technique and culinary fundamentals book.
    Grand Livre de Cuisine is a recipe book but it is written in French. I'm in the process of translating it.

    I will help. Anything with wasabi will destroy your sense of taste, so have it at the very end of the meal.
