Thank you so much. I am in the process of setting it up. However, do you have a video on integrating currency conversion in the tracker? You see, I live in Norway, so I pay both in Norwegian kroner and USD, but I can't seem to find a video that explains how to use multiple currencies in a tracker. I am not a tech wiz...lol😆☺
Good format video 👍
Thanks bro 😃
Hi mate thank you for the template has saved me a lot of time! Is there a way to change $ to £ within the whole database as that is the currency I use?
Thanks for this wonderful template! I'm only missing the part where I can see what I saved monthly by not spending anything on the categories. Can you explain this?
Hello thank you for your video. What if I am using two currencies, how to organize it properly?
Loved the step-by-step tutorial! What is the purpose of having a separate database for reoccuring subscriptions? This would still be considered an expense correct?
Also, for reocurring monthly expenses - I wish there was a way to pre-populate things like credit card monthly payments - and their respective checkboxes on a monthly basis. Reduces the amount of manual work.
Amazing Tutorial:)
Is there a way to link subscription amounts with categories and expenses?
wowwwwwwww.. blow my mind man...
Thanks man! 🥳
Thank you!!! Not sure where the completed tab came in, but the video is still helpful!
I couldn’t figure that out either…. But this is a great video! Thank you!

Hi Rosidssoy, really love your videos! How can I use this template, whilst incorporating two different currencies?
Hey man! That's really a great thing. However, I am self-employed and deal a lot with amounts that are calculated including taxes. How would you integrate this into your plan? For example, in Germany, there's 7% or 19%. How can I integrate this into my commercial income and expenses so that the balance is correct in the end?
This is truly an amazing template and very dynamic! Thank you so much for making this!
I have a question regarding the recurring payments, will it be automatically deducted or do you still need to add it in manually as an expense?
Hi thanks for the kind words and for watching my video.. currently, it is still manual, but if people prefer to have automatically added to expense, i can update the template or i create some tutorials for it..
@@growwithhustle Hi thanks for answering, yes, it is still manually added right now..
@@rosidssoy Thanks so much for clarifying! Either way honestly works for me. Once again thank you so for this amazing template!
Great Video! Do you have any idea how can i organize the different transfers between accounts if they are in different currencies?
thanks for watching..
Perhaps, you can go to the transfer database, and then you can add new formula property column. This new column will show the amount in new currency. The formula is just the same variable of transfer amount, then you can edit the currency in property setting
Hi this is really great! Thank you for the tutorial. I just have a question, if I were to add a credit card tracker to the database, would you recommend that I put it as a new account under the 'Accounts' database or should I just make a new database and call it 'Debt Tracker'?
Hi, thanks for watching my video.. You need to create new database for the debt tracker and then make a relation with the account database.
If you dont want to hassle with this, you can check the finance tracker pro here : ruclips.net/video/N1briwQGTgY/видео.html
It includes the debt tracker as you mentioned..
Hi, Amazing template, I have been using this template for the past few months and I am loving it. One quick question, I need a kind of dashboard view where I can see the total expanse, and transfers of all months. How can I do that?
Hi, thank you, happy to hear that this template is useful.
So you mean that you need a monthly summary for income/expense/transfer? You need to create a new database for month, then you need to make a relation between month database and income/expense database. There you can make a formula and show the summary for each month.
If you dont want to hassle on this, actually on the pro version, I already included this feature. And after you purchase you can email me if there is customization that you want..
Hi! I have downloaded this notion template and it's absolutely amazing. Just one question, How can I change the currency from dollar to pkr on it?
Hi thanks for watching my video.. I'm sorry, I have checked the Notion and the PKR currency is not supported by Notion for now.
Wow, amazing! I didn't know how much Notion could do as a finance tracker! Quick question though, how would you go about tracking monthly categories? As I understand how the template is right now, there is no distinction between last month's "Shopping" spending and this month's spending...
+1
Please suggest a workaround to track monthly budget if you’re adding your yearly expenses in this templates
HI thanks for watching my video, yes for this free version, there is no monthly summary. Right now, I am still preparing to have this monthly summary of expense/net income and adding more features for the pro version..
Hi, you can watch the pro version here, it includes the monthly summary + debt and investment tracker.. Let me know your thoughts 😀

Can we also track for the money that we paid by credit card for others and they need to pay later?
Bro can you please help with recurring payment formula?? It doesn’t work.
There is a formula that you put in during the last part of the video in Expenses this Month. I cannot see the formula clearly. Any way to copy the formula here?
Hi! thanks you so much for the template and the tutorial, they are amazing!. If I also have a subscription every 2 months, what is the best way to write the "if" formula and update the expenses to calculate everything?

Love the template! Just started using it and it is such a great tool. I am having an issue with the income tab as I want to set it so my income is reoccurring every month on the same day, but the template will show my income before the actual payday is. Any advice on how to fix this?
Same issue occurs with the transfer tab too.
amazing, is it possible to review previous months expenses from categories of each expenses?
Hi thanks for watching, yes it is possible, you need to create new database for 'months' and then you add relation to the expense database.
Actually on the pro version, we include this summary feature for each month. You can also email me if you want any customization..
Hey man, great video and amazing work. I just have few questions as i am starting a small business, Why recurring payments doesn't show as a expense, tax calculation options and salary accounts as an expense also income from fundings as a category? (no income category)
Hi bro, thanks a lot for watching my video..
Yes, the subscription payment needs to be inputted manually right now, but we can customize it to be automatically deducted from the balance. Yeah this finance trackrr needs more customizations for business expense purposes..
Can you write down here and elaborate more what is your expectation/requirement for your business purposes. The more detail the better.
Later, I will create another video about how to customize this template for business purposes..
Such a great template, i love it, but how can make my subscriptions show the amount they take out show on my "accounts"
Hi, you can manually put it in the expense list or you can automatically add the subscription expense as shown in this tutorial
ruclips.net/video/F-7n2TLXMxo/видео.html
is it possible for me to see my previous transaction on the category page?
Hi, this is a great tutorial and template. I just have a question. When you tranfered money to your goals where did the money go? I mean, do you put that money in a specific account or just in the goal section?
Hi, in case of goals. The money will be transferred to the goal balance. You can see the example on my finance tracker pro..
Am I the only one who missed the step of creating the selection if a goal/target is completed or not? Hahaha. But this is a great tutorial, good job! October is coming and me and my boyfriend really want to have more grip on our spendings, so let’s try. Set, Ready, Go!
no, me 2, i missed the same part, BTW i found more effecient way of doing that, and that is by using the filter to check whether the goal is complete or not, by Progress > or = 1 (for Completed goals) and Progress < 1 (for Ongoing goals)

Hey, This is really helpful.
I want to buy your Pro version of the template. But i'd like to know if you support this feature or not.
Consider my pay date is 27th of every month, the expense I spend after 27th should reflect on next month expense.
Do you support this feature?
my dashboard is very huge, how can ı make it minimal (ı did the small text, but it didn't happen like in the video)
How do I edit it so that I can have an account for my credit card which adds the expenses instead of subtracting it

Excellent tutorial but I’m struggling with the section on recurring payments and formulas. I can’t see the option as shown in the video for prop(“cost”). I’ve followed along meticulously but don’t know if I’ve missed a step. It’s as the property function doesn’t exist.

How Can I use one account like Cash Wallet in another Currency?
Hi, I think no direct way to change the currency in the specific account. If you change the currency for one account it will apply to all accounts.. But I have an idea, you can go to the account database, and create another formula property, there you can set the formula to have the same value as the balance property (USD) and then change the currency on the property setting to the currency you want, for example to euro. Then you can show this "second" currency on the account balance overview by showing the 2nd currency formula.. It will show both USD and EUR value..
