Now you know, I have to make mine the way Mama did. The only thing I do differently is that I use the juicer instead of the blender. But I add my fresh grated nutmeg, condensed AND evaporated milk, J Wray and Nephew White Rum, a dragon stout and a splash of almond essence. I promise you this is why you got to be careful with my Jamaican men! This gives them that LIFT!😂👀 No lie🇯🇲🇯🇲🙌🏽

I use a juice extractor no condense milk..much to sweet..I make mine with homemade almond milk and I use 3 majool dates as my sweetener..very rich and healthy

Love this 👌🏾 I have carrot and beetroot juice on Sundays to accompany Sunday dinner. One thing though - If you use a juicer you won’t have to worry so much about the long straining process 👍🏽

I’ve been craving some for months now 😭. I ordered it from a Jamaican restaurant and it tasted like lemon zest and vitamins lol. It was very thick and “pulpy”. My dad liked it though, he said they put rum in it but that’s not what I tasted. One day I’ll make this 😩. Very easy recipe. Thank you!

Looks great we always add a tip of salt to kick it up a notch trust it makes a huge difference sometimes we think it needs more milk when just a tip of salt makes it better

You can make carrot bake with the husk. It tase so good. I use coconut milk to blend mine and condensed milk for the sweetener.

I made it with evaporated milk, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon & 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. She loved it.

Carrot punch was my fave growing up. 😏 My mother would add some stout for a nice kick. I stopped making this because the condensed milk affects my sinuses. 😣Oh how I miss it! BTW, I lost my fave peeler and can't get another that peels as smooth as yours. Do you have a link where I can order one online?
