But a normal indian family can't do it because they are bound to social norms (sometimes logical sometimes illogical) Also people in India wear caste as a crown and royal thing, and to protect their this illusion of royalty they marry in same caste. It's good you are taking an initiative to talk about it but i don't think we can change it in next 50 years

Inter-Caste marriage me itni pareshani hai, lekin gotra naam ki ek chij hoti hai, wo jarur dekh leni chahiye. Same gotra matlab bhai bahen.
Parents ka apne bachho pr sampurn adhikar hota h ..apne pyar ke liye parents ke against jakr bhag kr sadi kr lena v to shi nhi h ... intercaste marriage shi to nhi .. lekin mujhe nhi lgta ki hmare parents se jyada v koi important hona chahiye
