- Here we were able to remove the dash airbag with removing the dash. This will work in 2015-2017 F-150 and 2017-2019 F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550. It is only a 20 minute job for the way you guys saw in the video. If you need any help or questions simply comment and I will respond within an hour.

Lol. Guys if you are thinking to do this, trust me it’s better to remove the dash. It’s not that difficult. Buy a new airbag cover and it will look and function OEM.

any video on replacing the cover only? mine got cut. air bag is fine.
No I don’t. There’s a video online that’s like 2 hours on removing the whole dash to replace that cover. I just took mine to a leather shop and they stitched it in while it was in the truck.
I have a 2017 f250. Passenger dash bag and drivers seat and steering wheel and driver’s side curtain all popped. I replaced them. It ran before. Now its dead nothing at all. Any ideas ? I didnt get the modular reprogrammed. Is that it ?

New battery. Everything connected. Do i need to send out the modular ? Could that be it
No I replaced the airbags and the light was still on because crash was stored. I was driving the truck without resetting the module. I then reset the module myself after buying a reset tool.
How did you get the new one in?
I pushed it in. I also just one of the tabs on the new one

Is there a way to remove the part that covers the airbag ? The airbag panel that the airbag comes out thru is bubbled on my truck is that something you can pry out ?
You can’t pry it out since there are a few nuts under it that you can’t get to unless you remove the whole dash. I think it’s to much work to remove the whole dash and having to remove the center cover to do that. I just glued a leather piece to cover it up and it looks oem.

Don't do this in the US.
Showed it to Highway patrol inspector and he said this way is fine.
Why are you removing the airbag?
The truck was wrecked which is what caused the airbag to be blown. We then replaced it with a new OEM airbag.
