Hey, do you think this is applicabl at any monitor like philips 193V? Mine was having the same issue and before I proceed further i need to know some precautions and tips... also can i use isopropyl alcohol to remove the debris?

Had an old 5 year old Samsung monitor in storage which had somehow developed a small dark blotch near the center. Not sure if it was an insect or humidity. In any case I was planning to give it away as electronics for recycling. The darkness didn´t look like actual physical damage, only some smearing or dirt, so searched here on RUclips about disassembling a monitor to clean it. After finding and watching this video I went through the same process. Indeed the panel just had some dirt inside that could be completely cleaned. After reassembly, the monitor looks pristine, pretty much like new. Thanks a lot!

It’s changing process is very easy, but polarized paper not available at near my location
sometimes those lines will go away when you press on the lcd its probably just a loose connection

just fyi, that mold inside might be toxic. i fucked up my old apartment (and most of my clothes) after I did this procedure on like 5 monitors. a horrible mold started growing almost immediately after that (but I used lysol to clean them, maybe that's why it got so horrible even tho it's supposed to be anti-fungal).
i mean, thankfully i didn't have to pay for the apartment cleanup and the clothes weren't my size anymore so the damage was kinda not a big deal, but y'all should keep this in mind in case you try this. in my case, these monitors were stored in a warehouse and some had water damage. it took me like 50 days to get rid of the itchy skin, ew hahahaha

Yeah bro, lemon and vinegar are both mold agitators. Just make sure it fully dries and youre good!

i have cluster of tiny spots in the middle of my laptop screen which are only visible in white background or when i am playing games , i tried your method cleaned my display panel and connected it again but they didnt remove, any else solution?
These dots are on which layer you have to check carefully. However, most of the problems can be solved without experience. Still can be tried.

The mosquitoes may have entered to survive. But you killed them, that's what happened. What is the reason for so much worry? You can fix it by watching the video yourself. But it has to be done very carefully. Stay well brother.
