I found your seed at a local Sportsmans Warehouse. A reasonable price without S&H fees. I like how you have different products for different conditions. I have spots with full sun and other areas with lots of shade. Some areas are still low on PH others are proper. Giving you a try this year......Green Machine....Bombshell.....Illicit.....and Incognito. You can thank Whitetail Obsession Outdoors for helping in putting your product out there.
In Ohio, I just picked up my first 3 products today to try next year (Green Machine, Show Stopper, and Comeback Kid). I’m hoping to plant 2 reliable, small (1/4 acre) plots after some preparatory clearing is done in the spring (if USDA grants come through). My 40 acre crop land gets harvested early - usually by the first 2 weeks of bow season - and I would like to draw more deer to stay on the timber portion of the property longer as I am frequently too busy with other property management to get in the stand. I love the container setup for reuse/reseeding.
Jeff is the man when it comes to big deer. I have a small logging trail i planted with clover and would like to add something else to make it more attractive to deer. Limited sunlight and I'm competing with tons of corn and bean fields. I was thinking of adding Hot Chic. What would you recommend? Thanks.
I think Hot Chic or Comeback Kid would for sure be the best option based on what you're up against. The ag fields will only be there from June to Nov. Comeback Kid or Hot Chic will be there 12 months of the year 365 days and will regrow. With both of those mixes with a little TLC, you can have them for 2-3 years.
I have two new plots I'm putting in this year. One is a plot I'm considering comeback kid or overhaul. For a spring plot for turkeys, which would you recommend?
Hi guys I seen your product at Runnings in Moorhead MN I have some land east of Moorhead MN in lakes country so to speak the land is a 40 acers of mix woods and the soil has a good bit of sand in it what do you recommend for food plot seed? I was going to mix compost in to the soil this spring. Thank you
Glad you found us there! Are the areas for plots mostly sun or shaded? And do you happen to know your pH? For spring planting, Hot Chic is good in that type of environment and is a hardy perennial. 2 other awesome mixes for sand are No BS and Illicit!
Just finished my food plot today, it'll be a great late season supplement hopefully, here in West Virginia we have tons of mass but later in the season hopefully this plot will pull them in
I put a road through a cedar swamp. Good black soil. Real heavy nutrient rich soil. I was wondering if I could use no BS and hot chick in the early spring. It gets full sun and partially sun in areas.
Yeah those would be great !! Comeback kid is another option you could mix in there too! But hot chic and no bs are perfect options! Excited to see your results..thanks Travis!
awesome

Sounds like an amazing plan. Please keep us in the loop on how it goes for you. It should be a winner.
As a Wisconsinite I’m excited to see how this stuff works this year, seems like a great product and can’t wait to see how it turns out in the fall !
Appreciate it, can’t wait to see your results and success. Keep us posted!

My goats in Oklahoma love Green Machine
Green machine and big sexy be a good combo? Will big sexy grow in ok soil?
Yes. As long as you maintain the recommended seed rates.

I would recommend Hot Chic in that situation. You'll have a plot for 2-3 years with some general TLC each year. The deer and turkeys will love it.

@@domainoutdoor would you consider adding red fescue if the road wasn't intended to solely feed deer ???
@@travissmith-wz5nc just don’t add so much that it suffocated out everything else.
What would be the best mix for new hampshire?
Not sure what type of soil I have
Annuals…I love big sexy and green machine. Perennials…hot chic!
Code no longer works :/
We loaded it back up - so if you still need seed ITS LIVE! Thanks for tuning in.

You likely can! How is the plot looking?
@@domainoutdoor it looks really good, deer are really hammering it
