I appreciate the shout out to Alpha brain. I use it too and often wasn't sure if it was placebo affect or not. But I agree, brain is on fire ( in a good way) while using it.
The price of Neurable is a bit too much for me. As I can get similar results with Muse, for now, I feel good real-time analysis of Muse via python should suffice to provide real-time communication using text-to-speech where it can tell me to take a break.

If what you demonstrate is reproducible in several distinct populations NOT related to each other, this device would be usable for tasks demanding attention, but in a relaxed way.

What different populations are you referring to?

This is really cool. We need more data!
I can't wait for the price of the Neurable or similar devices comes down.

Hello Dr. Cody. Excellent video as always. I wanted you to clarify for me if you could listen to anything you wanted during the focus tracking sessions on the headphones? Do they give you something to listen too or do they allow you to listen to anything. Also does it track meditation or does it, like your video sounds, only track focus? Lastly if you can listen to anything while wearing them have you tried listening to binaural beats to improve focus to see what your score measures as? Thank you for asking my questions. I’m really interested in buying the product and if I decide to will make sure to use your affiliate link.

Dude!, You really have to try out red light therapy for the brain and for the body. I sincerely believe your audience that are hip to red light therapy are sitting on the edge of their seat, waiting for you to get into this. Michael RN

I’m just curious if there was something else other than the headphones in that box that they were shipped in? That seems to be a huge box to ship headphones.

They just had some brain games, a book and other goodies in there with confetti to celebrate the launch. It will come in a regular size box for other people moving forward.

Thanks for greate reviews about Neurable device, but Neurocity Crown has the same feature focus tracking but with neuroadaptation music, are you going to compare focus tracking Neurocity and Neurable ?)

Intriguing comment. This device looks to running an impossible, for most ppl, $700. Is the unit you mention similarly out of mortal reach?

Do you know if there is any difference between ability to focus between solar and lunar cycles? Maybe TMI but I’m midlife female, baren so maybe an anomaly, but I’m wondering if “brain fog “ during regular 9-5pm is closer linked to literal sun cycles. I noticed this pattern when I realigned world calendars and found patterns that nobody’s talking about. I’ve a RUclips shorts on it and am goin to check on the 2 types of calendars (not app account for lunar cycles), and track data. I’m an AI Architect now but taught kindergarten 9 years til age 40 , and see the movement towards western plus eastern knowledge

could be used to sus out what we should actually be doing with ourselves. whatever we can focus on easily, is probably a good shot. and presently all we have to go off of is 'feeling.' need to measure it

Let's do the same but not with some unknown proprietary mix but with actual supplements to enhance focus, even just l-theanine on its own
