Don’t forget the PM dinner when Alex asked Henry if he was “still…like Stonehenge,” and then proceeded to refer to him as, “Your Royal Hardness…Big Ben!” 😂 All great lines…
Great job! I just watched this movie last night, and was very pleasantly surprised by how much I loved it. I thought it might be a bit cheesy, but it wasn't. It was a really fabulous Rom-Com.
Right after reading the book, I was disappointed with the movie. I felt like they changed unnessary things, didn’t include characters that could have been included, and watered down some bits of the story that deserved to be shown in full glory (and I don’t mean the sex scenes😂). That being said, I’ve been watching all these edits from everyone and they’ve really been helping me to see the movie through a new lense. Thus, I just gotta say thank you! I appreciate getting to see the beauty of the movie through your eyes!
This movie is truly THE BEST and certainly beats CMBYN which the actors were cardboard and not believable. These guys were very good actors and made there scenes as real as possible 😊Or was some real feelings involved. We will never know. But it sure was a heartbreaker and heart warmer. Waiting for the sequel and a continued series would be wonderful. 🎉❤❤🎉
Yesss after heartstopper I was wondering if you were gonna cover this movie! Don't get me wrong, I loved it, I just wish it had a bit more book elements, but god was the chemistry between the actors SO SO SOOO GOOD. Ughhh loved this movie!! Excellent job as always
thank youu❤ I’m planning on reading the book soon, so I’m excited :) it’s been on my shelf for about 3 years and I just never picked it up - but it’s time now!
If anyone has NOT seen this movie, you NEED to watch it! ❤ The line the morning after their first kiss (“Christ, you’re as thick as it gets” then gives him a passionate hands on kiss) where he is talking with a friend who asks him “did you like it?” Alex responds “well now I understand the difference between rugby and football.” Is CLASSIC, well written, acted, simple, sweet, descriptive, masculine and hot AF all at the same time.
My favorite line from the movie -- and in fact one of the most romantic lines ever put into a movie IMHO -- is "I'll break the sound barrier for you." ❤😱😊👍
I watched the movie first and I’m about halfway through the book - I think books are generally “better” cause there’s more time to build the characters and the storyline properly but I love the movie so much❤️
the movie is great but i think the book definitely tops. the story is way more detailed and better paced (which makes sense since the movie didn't have a lot of time) plus there's some really good scenes that are cut out or shortened from the movie
The book is much better, honestly. The movie is really good, but the book definitely tops it in every way. You get to know the characters a lot better in the book, I think.
@@justcallmemichelle712-- I actually think the movie is better than the book. The book is a true "Young Adult" novel with a lot of dumbed-down language, excessive cursing and alcohol use which appears to be appealing to a teenage audience. Whereas the movie is clearly designed for a more adult and mature audience. I prefer the movie's tighter and more rapid pacing. The book rambles in its own immaturity.
‘And I thought Alexander Claremont-Diaz was a mouthful’ ‘he is’ I FUCKING PASSED AWAY
ME. TOO.

❤
Alexander GABRIEL Claremont-Diaz. Now THAT's a mouthful. 😁👍
@@mdgraystone-- And the 4th metaphor that Henry utters in that list (easy to overlook) is "Nelson's Column" -- a landmark in London. 😁👍
this is perfection i have tears in my eyes 10/10 best edit i have ever seen
Fully agree! Extraordinary. Does the film and the story justice.

It's a romcom about princes, it's basically a fairytale so of course it's cheesy and that's why it's perfect
This was a BEAUTIFUL MOVIE loved it so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a beautiful edit! Loved it! Thank you! 😍
Yup, time to rewatch this movie now
I love the scenes you chose and the music is so memorable to them. Thank you so much!

I really wish they'd gone into more book-accurate detail with the turkey scene - that one made me cry with laughter when i read it!

The scenes at 0:41 0:42 are these deleted scenes? I don't remember where those scenes are from.
they were shown when Alex gave his speech towards the end - where he talks about his love for Henry on Television :)
@@justcallmemichelle712 ah thanks!
And ofc this series is unavaliable in Sweden.
