- To identify which kidney is damaged, doctors use various diagnostic tools such as imaging tests (ultrasound, CT scan, MRI), blood tests (to check for elevated creatinine or blood urea nitrogen levels), urine tests (to detect abnormal substances like protein or blood), and sometimes a kidney biopsy. Symptoms of kidney damage might include back or side pain, changes in urination patterns, swelling, and fatigue.
To keep kidneys healthy, maintain a balanced diet low in salt and processed foods, stay hydrated, control blood sugar and blood pressure, avoid excessive use of painkillers and alcohol, and engage in regular physical activity. It's also important to avoid smoking and manage underlying conditions like diabetes or hypertension effectively. Regular check-ups with a healthcare provider can help monitor kidney function and catch any potential issues early.

Sir mera transplant ko 9 month ho gaya . Transplant ke baad mera cr 1.1-1.4 ke bich rahta tha tac 9.60-10 . 70 tha tab but Jan me mera cr badha 1.9 fir biopsy hui biopsy normal tha dawai Kam karne par cr mera 1.3 aa gaya last Jan fir last Feb badh kar 1.9-2.3 ke bich Rahta hai abhi tac leval 6.65 hai aur sar me dard itching reshes. Sir my father's albuminaria is 2380 is it risk factor in g3a stage condition in CKD. His creatinine is 1.6
And grf is 49
Need to control proteinuria in order to slow the progression of CKD.kindly visit Nephrologist , who can review the cause for proteinuria and helps in preventing kidney function.

@@anyayum5394 second opinion is not a bad option. Just take the opinion and ask straight questions that if change in treatment have any additional chance of providing stability to Kidney.

Sir mera (blood urea 18 hai normal value 10-50hai) (blood urea nitrogen -8 hai) (creatinine 0.99 normal value 0.9-1.3 hai) age 27 hai weight 45.blood sample dete waqt Maine kuch khaya nahi tha morning time blood sample Diya tha. Koi symptom nahi. Sugar 70 normal hai. No Blood pressure. Koi problem tho nahi plzzz bataye
