Hi there. Are the corresponding parts you mention in this vide the same on the E46 M3 and can be used on the E46 non-M to obtain the same enhanced M series performance?
You mentioned that it will fit the e82 as long as it's rear wheel drive. Following the affiliate link and inputting my e82 135i as a vehicle type it states it won't fit my vehicle. Soooo not entirely sure who to believe here, can't risk importing these if they of no use.
Does this with stock 335i suspension make a difference?? I have a 2011 335is with stock suspension and its just too bouncy when I floor the car and in corners for my taste having had a E93 M3 before. Would you rechnend just doing M3 control arms alone? Will that make a dramatical difference by itself?
Hi I don’t suppose you have the part number for the headlight adjuster arm ? I did the arms but forgot the adjuster Also I think you need to extend the tie rods about 2 turns to get it close enough to drive to the alignment place

This guy should move to florida
So he can be my neighbor
I have a e90 N54 but I have bc racing extreme low on the car can use that kit
Hi there. Are the corresponding parts you mention in this vide the same on the E46 M3 and can be used on the E46 non-M to obtain the same enhanced M series performance?
I don't believe there is a similar retrofit available for the E46 but I'll take a look.
Would these parts be an upgrade, to my 2011 335IS?
I also didn't see you how you hooked up the headlight bracket
You mentioned that it will fit the e82 as long as it's rear wheel drive.
Following the affiliate link and inputting my e82 135i as a vehicle type it states it won't fit my vehicle. Soooo not entirely sure who to believe here, can't risk importing these if they of no use.
Have you done your rear control arms yet? Best done when you replace your subframe bushings too for stiffer ones.
No yet but I'll be looking into it.
Just curious if you replaced the control arm bolts and nuts or reused them? Let me know, thanks!
I did the arms but forgot the adjuster
Also I think you need to extend the tie rods about 2 turns to get it close enough to drive to the alignment place
I made a link that includes the arm and the two nuts : bit.ly/2IhpcCr
Did you just remove the headlight level sensor? If I understood that correctly, how does that impact your headlights when driving up or down the hill?
Looks hella beefier! Must really feel like you're on rails now. How's it drive? Does it feel more planted?
Haven't had a chance to put miles on it yet but I'll report back after I have a chance to get an alignment. So far I've ready really positive reviews.
Bump 👀
Nice. Is there anything available for f chassis cars? I.e., f80 m3 control arms
I believe on F series 3 series you can upgrade the control arms but you'd be only upgrading the lowers.
Would have liked to see the stance after install.
How many miles or years did it take for this part to give out before upgrading? Also what were the signs you noticed that made you notice that they were worn out. Also I have a 2013 528i f10 n20 that I would like do the same for eventually. Do you have a specific website or handbook you use for torque specs? Thanks 😊
I've had the car for about 60K miles so I can't say exactly how old the arms are that are on the car. I'd imagine that they're the 2nd set. I felt like the from end became disconnected. Felt like turn in was getting sloppy. I used to use newtis.info but now I search forum threads for the info. Np!
@@VehicularDIY sweet thanks man so how many total miles does it have now. Mine has about 115k miles so just trying to use it as an estimate. I don’t really drive that intense.
What kind of alignment needs to be done after this? Some people say get m3 spec alignment
Awesome thank you!!!!!
You should get some style 359m wheels for the 335i
The 359M looks nice for sure.
Nicee cant wait to receive the kit, what is the right torque?
What is your driving experience after change this suspension parts?
So this won’t for for the xdrive versions of the E9X?
Are there any better alternatives? Doing a full track build so want the max amount of performance and adjustability.
Turner makes spherical inserts for the thrust arm. Can also go all adjustable spherical arms(SPC etc)
Will this not wear out the strut tops ?? Better to fit adjustable also??
couldn't hurt and I would imagine that they might be under a little more strain from the negative camber.
I am new to doing my own work on my 2007 328i. I added these arms 3 days ago but did not know that I should not let the wheel turn when torquing to 122 ft lbs. Do I need to loosen and redo? I also replaced the struts/shocks and replaced both engine mounts after dropping the subframe per your video. I am scheduled to have new tires all around and an alignment. Will it be safe to drive to the shop?
As long as you were able to get the torque wrench to click you'd be fine. Yeah it's safe to drive just make it a priority to get it aligned right after the new tires.

Many thanks!!
Sweet does this work for xdrive?
