I just have to tell you, I am a 20 year REALTOR, and I follow you because you nail it - simple brilliance..... you almost have me switching to be photographer - you make sooooo much sense..... I found you because I was tired of dealing with primadonna thinking, its a real estate photo, it is has a short shelf life and most photographers want to own the rights to the photos I paid for them to take - from here to eternity,,,, I just want to write a blog, post an instagram post, maybe some marketing using those photos and its crazy. I paid for them, they are mine - let me market with them,,, past the point of sale. I have shared some of your videos with these photographers trying to bring them out of the dark ages ;)
What you're teaching is something anyone can do with minimal work, there's no difference between all of these HDR real estate photographers, it's just all bad photos
Please somebody explain to me - where is the author website for his own real estate photo business? Give me a link or something. Currently it looks like he sells tutoring, but not his "main" services.

Having trouble getting clients to keep coming back. My photos are good.
It’s not always how good the photos are. It’s the collection of the overall experience they had with you. Also, your follow up plays a big part too.
