Why all these realtors don’t ever show the garage? If they are not car people it doesn’t mean that there may be car people for buying houses
Good question, the garages are often locked so we can't show them. When they aren't, they are being used for storage, which is not always thought of as being appropriate to put in this type of video. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴

@@mustseesouthfloridahomes New York State sucks and I am sick and tired to do snow work 😂😂 So I started to snoop houses somewhere south…but Florida seems tempting expect there are hurricanes. How it’s safe with snakes and gators ? Snakes I hate and when we were in one of the Disneyland resorts in Orlando there were texts not to walk in grass due snakes and not feed snakes and gators and that was creepy 😂 is it like that everywhere in Florida or certain areas have the problem?
That's a good question, no home can be hurricane proof but a home can be built with hurricane impact windows, doors/garage doors and other safety measures to be fortified against hurricane force winds but there is a limit. Acts of nature are unpredictable. All locations in Florida are affected by hurricanes at one time or another, it just depends on how big the hurricane is and what location it makes landfall. What I can say is I've lived in Florida all my life, the frequency of hurricane warnings is seasonal but it usually involves everyone getting time off of work you prep your home and you may lose power for a few days that's usually the extent of it, alot of wind and rain. For the majority of Floridans we are more concerned about snow storms, wild fires and earthquakes that happen in other parts of the United States than a hurricane. A hurricane is very dangerous, I don't want to trivialize it but it's not something we experience often as causing alot of destruction but it does definitely happen. With a category 5 hurricane some homes will be destroyed, people will lose power, it will be a very big deal to the people who encounter it but again that's pretty rare.
We do have snakes and gators but I have lived in Florida all my life and I've only ever seen gators in the wild, never crossing the street or in a backyard. I know these things happen because when they do the media blows it up but it's pretty rare imo and I've lived all over Florida. Many older people come here to retire, if they really had to constantly watch their backs for gators, snakes, and I don't think it would be worth the hassle tbh. Many people raise families just like other parts of the U.S. without constant fear of wildlife hurting them.
So my short answer is, it's not something that the majority experience as a problem ever but it does happen. 😊
