@@VeteranDP It’s a couple. Mental health (PTSD) and then what they generally have termed “Gulf War Disease” which includes some presumptives and physical ailments such as neck pain, etc. I have two scheduled on the 14th and then a week after on the 21st.
So true this happened to me too. My VA papers Stated no increase due to I had higher education. It took me a few weeks to get up off of the floor. I finally got to the point to finally say what happened to me. Now I just don't know. I live like dog. Unable to move forward. What do my education has to do with what happened to me? I just keep telling myself one more month one more month that's how I'm surviving right now.
So a few things. That was completely wrong. Highly educated people are hurt and disabled. As are higher-ranking people. This is sadly part of the callous way these exams can go but this video, with permission of the two veterans I referenced, is for someone just like you. You can appeal that and push back. They got it wrong not the other way around. You can do this but I get it. You got the wind knocked out of you and who wants to go back for another round of that but it will be different this go around because you are not going at it alone. What’s your current MH rating?
@@VeteranDP 50% . Overall 90% february the 1st. Did my VA caseworker bring to form saying I'm 100% for being paid at 90%. So I called the VA and asked him to send document what my status and pay is they say it will be 7 to 10 days. That was last Wednesday about 6 days ago. I've been doing my paperwork on my own. I'm up all night I can't sleep. I write a a little bit then I come back the next week and write a little bit more. Unable to complete anything in one setting. But I'm trying to do my best. Thank you so kindly.
I was denied PTSD/MST due to a realy bad C&P. Judged, felt iwas been a leer She never asked anything about the situation and about my symptoms. I reported her to VA, contractor. Requested a new C&P? Never got one!!!
I am so sorry to read this. How long ago was this? That is just horrible and they were completely wrong especially with you pushing back and reporting it.
@@VeteranDP This was about a year and a half. I waited 50 years to file. Was diagnosed at VA with Chronic PTSD, and MDD. I am 100% P&T for MDD besides other SC conditions. I want and filed for a couple. Hope I don't get reduce.
Not a mental health situation but I had a situation where the C&P examiner basically called me a liar because they didn't understand the test results from one of my tests.
It's hard to be disappointed when your expectations are less than zero.

If you don't like the results of your c&p exam you can find one thing to complain about and ask for a do-over
Make sure your vso will show you the results of your exam the following day if not fire them and find another one
