Bummer, the CAIL was what I was hoping to hear your opinion on! I managed to get my hands on it last year, and I wasn’t super wowed by it… But I think I am just still grieving the loss of the OG versions of the CAIS that was available in either 1% or 5% strengths lol
Hi James! I use NIOD's Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist and it is ALWAYS out of stock too! Good to know to add the Copper Amino Isolate Serum 2:1 as another NIOD "unicorn" to seek out for my next purchase. As far as your treatment formulation, have you thought about using Azelaic Acid in the AM and the Tretinoin in the PM? That's how my dermatologists have instructed me to use my treatments to minimize irritation for my very sensitive skin. (I've been using the rx Finacea 15% Azelaic Acid gel/cream for nearly a decade, and rx Tretinoin Microspheres Gel at .1% for about 5-ish years, with 2 years of working up to that rx strength. I have never had peeling/dryness/irritation on my face because I was so gradual in building up the rx treatments and applied them separately, the Finacea in the AM and the Retin A Micro in the PM.)
Hi Julie! Thank you for the tip. My skin has now adjusted to the tret (thank god). I get it from dermatica, they now offer a 15% azelaic acid cream for daytime. Does this mean no vitamin c during the day? I'm using a blend of 0.05% tretinoin + 4% niacinamide + 4% azelaic acid, so quite mild. My skin definitely seems glowier but I don't think dermatica will go any higher with the strength from here.
Thank you for this lovely video! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes Re-Pigment really works for me. I’m on my third bottle.
Btw, your hair looks great! And I loved it that you took the time to include the U.S. pronunciation of oregano too, hahaha! XOXO Julie
First time viewer here but wanted to commend you on your flawless skin!
Thank you! 😊

Sorry I don't have more info on CAIL yet. Hopefully I can get my hands on it soon.

Can you use the CAIS with retinol ? That’s not clear to me 😊
You can’t use CAIS with retinol, exfoliating acids or vitamin c. Usually retinol works nicely with peptides but not CAIS unfortunately : )
Thorough af
Can you layer NIOD ELAN30 with a retinoid?
You can but it is a very strong combination and may irritate your skin.
