@RakanXYZ Thanks for the comment!!! Start small and build over time 🤓 Yes, deferred revenue is a liability and it is part of the operating cash flow. Remember, an increase in a liability is an increase in cash flow. Similar to if you go to the bank and get a loan, you have a liability, but you walk out with cash 💰 As a company books contracts and collects cash, it increases cash flow but they still have to service the contract and that’s the liability. If the company doesn’t service the contract, they have to refund the cash. Lmk if that makes sense 😃👍🏼

I read an article yesterday where they interviewed 3 attorneys specifically on the CrowdStrike case and they all agreed that a legal contract written by an attorney at CRWD and reviewed / vetted by an attorney at DLTA leaves little chance of anything negative actually holding water. I agree that you should have way more subs. The thing is you are truly deepdiving and most are just talk surface or bullshit. So good work on the finance. maybe think on your video background and more prof personal look if you whant to lure in more subs. for me I prefer it just like it is. fast communication and deep dive with conservative walk theough presentation

This is the only way I know how to analyze companies, like a Wall Street analyst b/c that's what I am. The P/S multiple is around 17x so, that would equate to a loss of $2.6Bn of Sales and the Company generates $3.28Bn so, that would be a loss of nearly 80% of revenues, that’s madness. Furthermore, the company has $3.7Bn of cash and $742mm of debt so, they are Net Cash by almost $3Bn. Lawsuits will be settled and most will be covered by insurance. Remember, this was not a cyberattack or security breach, it was a glitch in a Microsoft update. While it was a very unfortunate event, it doesn’t call into question the core business AND partner checks showed minimal churn risk. Also remember, the $333 is a 12 month target so, there will be some bumps along the way and the CEO is going to be testifying before Congress too. Tech has been getting hammered over the past couple of weeks and CRWD has been going down with it. Net Net, super solid company, minimal customer loss, but it will probably take 6 months to fully shake out and get back on track. Lmk if you have any questions 😃👍🏼

Don't catch a falling knife. Looks more likely to hit closer to $100 in the next few weeks or months. Trust is a big deal in business. Only time will tell.

Remember, this was not a cyberattack, it was the implementation of a Microsoft update that went awry so, the trust piece has less to do with the core business. Tech has been getting hammered and CRWD has been going down with it. Net Cash by $3Bn, 30% top line growth, #1 position in cybersecurity are things that cannot be easily duplicated. All that being said, it hasn’t “bottomed” as of yet so, who knows how far it will fall. Nonetheless, there is a very solid business here and it will be a rough time for the next 6 months before getting back on track. Definitely not a name for the faint of heart 😬

This video helped convince me to purchase CRWD. Got in for an average of ~$218. I believe the legal risks are manageable.
