This wipe has pushed me over the edge, between streets and lighthouse and the full access to the rogue camp I have had enough. I am now on a holy crusade to find any way to ruin their raids as much as they ruin ours. And with comrades like Abney on our side how can we lose!!
@@hbsavage0387 Man I totally understand the plight of the new player or someone who is down bad but until BSG balances scav spawns, makes them not free to grab all the best loot without consequence and makes scavs load into a random map I'm going to keep finding ways to fuck them up. 3 times now I have found a max rep scavs crouching in Lexos with Kaban waiting for a PMC to kill him so they can kill the PMC and yank the loot. It makes my blood boil.
@@RTMostyn I think it’s more or less a spawn issue I basically only do scav runs on Customs and I run the same path every time hitting all the stashes along the way. It’s basically the only way I make any Rubles this wipe I haven’t played very much only lvl 11 with Standard edition and I have 10mil rubles.
Worst part of this whole thing is that if bsg decides they need to do something about this instead of fixing how spawns work theyll probably just nerf player scav loot.
It's amazing how 11 pscavs can spawn in one location in a map, how many in total would hit a reserve raid? 20? 25? Kinda annoying to get swarmed by pscavs 24/7 lmao
yes it is. been thinking all wipe that they need to turn down the amount of player scavs on maps. shouldnt be anymore than how many PMC's can load into the map. if that map says 12 players max, then only 12 player scavs can spawn in MAX throughout the entirety of the raid and not all at once. there shouldnt be 8 PMC's allowed MAX on reserve but then 30 player scavs are allowed in and all in the map by 20 minutes left running around looting the place dry making it impossible for PMC's to do anything other than fight off player scavs non stop for the remainder of the raid. was trying to get lighthouse tasks done which is by no means easy since you cant just bait the rogues into a corner and mow them down anymore, you have to methodically take them out one by one which takes TIME. by the time you kill them all and are able to traverse the water treatment area, there are already at least 5-10 player scavs in the map, making their way to water treatment plant for the loot, meanwhile you're just trying to get some tasks done inside one of the big buildings, go to walk out and there's 3 player scavs who knew you were in there just camping the door to exit the building. soon as you walk out, boom you're dead and have to re-do it ALLLLLLLLLLL over again. it's happened to me more times than i'd like to admit and honestly, i think some were cheaters too which just makes it even worse. it's beyond frustrating and annoying and tbh, this wipe i've maybe only gotten 10% of the lighthouse quests i need done simply because it's just a waste of time doing all that work to clear rogues just to get killed by some shitty little camping player scav whose going to take advantage of PMC's clearing the place out and then just camp them for easy loot, with no risk from other player scavs anymore with scav karma. on maps like lighthouse, EVERYTHING is stacked so unfairly against the PMC, it's just not worth even playing if you have to go to water treatment area.
This would be a great way to test scav karma loot tables, theoretically the highest karma scavs would be on the bottom of the pile because they load in first.

doesnt work that way. karma only affects the gear you end up with on your scav, BSG already confirmed this. google it. it doesnt affect what time you load into raid. i've been slowly trying to gain scav karma to just see what fence's extra shop has to offer and im currently at around 4.0 for karma, i consistently play the same maps when on a scav, usually reserve or interchange and with reserve which is what i choose most of the time, i ALWAYS end up spawning right around 20 minutes left in the raid, usually between 26-20 minutes left from when i have 1.0 karma to 4.0, karma doesnt affect time in raid.

@@thedarksalmon9893 The way I see it if they programmed for the player to be loaded in before the loading screen finishes. That seems like an oversight to me and not a bug or accident. Bugs (to me at least) are when the software has mistakes in the code which leads to failures, errors or accidents but nothing seems to fail in this case of the player loading in before the loading screen. Unless there is a system that's supposed to prevent this occurence that didn't execute properly this isn't a bug but an oversight that can be exploited by players. There is a distinction to be made between bugs (mistakes in the code) and exploits (no mistakes in the code but merely short sightedness of the developer).

@@ImNotFine44 im glad people dont want to scav reserve anymore after this, makes it better for me as a pmc, i LOVE reserve. do you know how many filing cabinets there are on the map? that's so many chances at keys of all kinds, intel folders that sell for 300k-400k a piece. there's quite a few safes around the map that are in easy spots to get in and out of except for D2. it's the only map other than labs that can spawn virtex's and VPX's and COFDM radio's which are needed for quests, it has TONS of PC's to loot, maybe even more than interchange and in a much smaller area. it has 3 marked rooms on a map that's fairly small. tons of cover around the map, loads of tech spawns, a med building with tons of stims that requires no keys to access.. in my opinion, reserve is still one of the best maps to play, especially if you have a redrebel so you dont have to deal with D2 bullshit and campers. the biggest downside IMO is the amount of player scavs.

I completed my early Tarkov Shooter quests like this completely on accident on woods xD I was walking towards outskirts from ZB-014 and I peeped a three man scav group loading in, took em out with leg and headshots to get my quest done right before leaving. Best strat xD
Here it comes, the kewest evolution of "us vs them". Every PMC I've heard speaks as if they don't ever play scav, and the ONLY people who do pscav are the one's making the game less fun, but this logic is flawed and comes from a lack of perspective.
facts. i still have the quest to go into the underground area where the rb-psp1 and rb-psv1 doors are and kill like 10 scavs i think. im pretty sure there's a spawn under there, im about to just do the quest using this method just for the lulz and the fact that every time ive been down there, there hasnt been a single scav.
It really works. I felt slightly dirty after killing a couple 3 man pscavs loading in, but one of them had a FLIR so I don't know what that guy was thinking going in on Reserve with that. My reservations were wiped away by my new red and white grainy scope! :D
This is shedding light on the spawn system problem Tarkov has. I hope the devs see this and start taking counter measures on this in the foreseeable future.
Non-lethal damage will not stop activation. The scave body spawns in before it is active. Head shots remove the body but get moved to another location. They come in just moved. They are relocated and delayed.
not true at all. i have absolutely no clue where you get this information from. earlier this wipe i scavved into lighthouse and immediately got domed as soon as i spawned in, i dont even think i spawned in yet before i got domed tbh. it was like this where your scav appears but on your screen you're still "awaiting session start" for about 5-10 seconds before you can actually move your scav... when i got killed instantly, i spawned in after the loading screen and immediately was met with the death animation, guy screaming, falling over and gun falling sound as i died, instantly met with the death screen the second i spawned in and i was back to the main menu. whole thing was over in less than a second as soon as i spawned in. you dont get moved, you die and witness the death animation and immediately get met by the death screen.
To the average player (not content creators): Just be careful using this strategy. I have a feeling this will cause you to get mass reported for either cheating or bug abuse and might get your account banned.
As it should. Should also earn streamers a hardware ban. Because not only are they flagrantly exploiting, they are encouraging the exploit, and snitching on themselves.

facts. i still have the quest to go into the underground area where the rb-psp1 and rb-psv1 doors are and kill like 10 scavs i think. im pretty sure there's a spawn under there, im about to just do the quest using this method just for the lulz and the fact that every time ive been down there, there hasnt been a single scav.

u dont spawn.... it just tells you there was an error. and ur scav randomly is dead and u need to re-que.

It really works. I felt slightly dirty after killing a couple 3 man pscavs loading in, but one of them had a FLIR so I don't know what that guy was thinking going in on Reserve with that. My reservations were wiped away by my new red and white grainy scope! :D

Whats "busted" is the insane amount of player scavs they allow into a raid
everytime i get infil camped on reserve im gonna load straight back in with a impact and sit at red rebel
that bit at ~6m with you hiding in the pile of bodies is why I use control rounds

@11:30 probably only works if you one tap them. the game probably heals them while they're loading in but you can't heal a one tap.

This is shedding light on the spawn system problem Tarkov has. I hope the devs see this and start taking counter measures on this in the foreseeable future.

I had similar experience in Lighthouse. Was camping to get punisher kills and killed 4 player scavs when they spawned.
Reserve was once a gentleman's map.
Now it's becoming more and more ratting scavs. Lmao.

Non-lethal damage will not stop activation. The scave body spawns in before it is active. Head shots remove the body but get moved to another location. They come in just moved. They are relocated and delayed.
not true at all. i have absolutely no clue where you get this information from. earlier this wipe i scavved into lighthouse and immediately got domed as soon as i spawned in, i dont even think i spawned in yet before i got domed tbh. it was like this where your scav appears but on your screen you're still "awaiting session start" for about 5-10 seconds before you can actually move your scav... when i got killed instantly, i spawned in after the loading screen and immediately was met with the death animation, guy screaming, falling over and gun falling sound as i died, instantly met with the death screen the second i spawned in and i was back to the main menu. whole thing was over in less than a second as soon as i spawned in.
you dont get moved, you die and witness the death animation and immediately get met by the death screen.

Just be careful using this strategy. I have a feeling this will cause you to get mass reported for either cheating or bug abuse and might get your account banned.
