Could you elaborate on that? I agree with you face value. I have the potential of emotional intelligence unfortunately haven't gotten the space to work on it as priority. And when I do get the space and time there's usually other priorities
To perform at the highest level of the game you gotta not only show up but also psych yourself into being excited and going for it 💯

Thanks! I really need this today. I know that I don’t really like my job but it pays for my bills. I’ve got other exciting projects on the way to be done. Let’s just finishing up this job today and move on!
For me, the commute to work, and then the circulation of work flow during the day, became the routine that makes me feel alive and deserving of my evenings. Rarely, when life takes a turn for the worse, it is a psychological life-saver that reminds me that life goes on. It's also important to allow yourself to feel your emotions when your off of work so you can process and become wiser for it.
This is true when the conditions are honest.
If you work somewhere where all the ppl are half-assing their work, there's a reason your intuition kicks in and you dont want to be around low frequency ppl.
I say, have a backup plan for those days when you do not feel like going to work (i.e stay home, polish your resume and apply for new jobs that increase your income by 50k-100k. You never know when one will turn into a golden opportunity.
TL:DR- Focusing on being happy helped me love all things in life, even brutal days at work and more importantly the times before those brutal days lol.

Fake it til you make it. That really works. I used to make a decent amount of money but was MISERABLE to my core. Now I’m technically poor but happier than ever lol.
I woke up one day and just decided to be happy. Literally. I kept focusing my thoughts on “I’m happy/I’m safe and happy” and steered away from my CONSTANT negative thoughts. After about 2-3 weeks I noticed I wasn’t even consciously trying to be happy, I just was!!
Beautiful. I had a job selling home security. Could have made 20 grand a month or more. My first 3 days I had 3 sales amounting to 4,500. Very next week I had to quit because the environment, drug addicts, f-ing homeowners over on purpose, it would have taken a toll if I decided to stay. Now I broke, living in my car, back to hustling how I know how again, and if I make money in other areas, cool! But my priority is my health. Mental, emotional, spiritual, physical. So the hard times to seem as hard, because I've "hardened" as well in a sense.

Balance right? I agree. It is serious. If you don't take it serious you will die. But at the same time that has its place. It is a game really, nothing has to strike you deep unless you allow it "good" or "bad" as we label it. The growth is fun as hell. I've gone through torment for my entire life and it's a blessing I can still be positive

The military taught me very well. Just show up and that is 90 percent of it. Even if you poorly perform. Show up consistently those usually last the longest and are the best workers.but if you live off of how you feel then it's gonna be a long life for you

Do you remember all of those 2 hour walks you had? Do you remember you working last week for hours when you don't feel like it? No you don't you don't remember or can even comprehend your emotions at that time and how long you're gonna be there 10 hours feels like 20 seconds the next day.

It's a labor job and I have feet and back problems.
I am bringing a lot. It's just that I am tired of being tethered to my works laptop and sometimes feel nauseated knowing I have to do it all again. It just feels meaningless. Besides paying bills. The money I get to spend to improve myself is very little and the rest goes on my credit card. I know someone's going to say change your job and make steps towards earning more. I get that, I have multiple streams of income in mind and planned. I know someone will also say when you get tired, rest, don't quit. I just feel like this life of mine is a waste. Especially during the week lol!

Umm no, first you need to be in your purpose. If it's not your purpose, then you can not propel forward as you would love to be.
