Last year I came out to my dad on the phone too because he's living abroad and we haven't seen each other for 14 years and he suddenly asked me about it because my mom (who doesn't accept me...) told him she saw some suspicious texts in my old phone, when I broke up with my ex, etc. but using male pronouns lol So he began to kindly ask me stuff and I ended up telling him, I was planning to tell him someday anyways but not that way, then he started to cry when I confirmed it because he said he couldn't imagine me dealing with it all by myself during all these years considering how cruel people can be with us, and then I started to cry when he told me the exact same words "You are normal, you are not sick, you don't need to go to a doctor to change because you don't need to change, and if God gives me the chance to be your dad in the next life knowing that you would be my son I would do it without a doubt because we raised you good and you've been an awesome son even if your mother can't see it"

It was really hard for me to hear the person I love the most saying that she wants to kill herself because she can't accept the fact of having a "corrupted son" even tho I've always been doing my best in everything since I was a kid, at school, at college, at work... I thought it was gonna be the other way around but turns out everyone loves me and accept me, my brother, my grandma, my cousins, my aunts and uncles, my friends, everyone else but her. So, many people think "but you have all those people supporting you, you should be happy" but I can't, it's my mom, you know? All the love she's showed me all these years feels like a lie now that she knows more about me, so I just want her to truly love me for who I really am, not who she thought I was.
I had to pretend that I'm going to therapy "to change" in order to give her a little peace, which on the other hand is killing me everyday but I don't know what else to do...

I am so proud of my 12 years old at the time now he’s 13 he sent me a text saying I’m gay.! I wrote a text back saying when can we go get a mani pedi ♥️🌈I love my son so much. I just feel bad because I didn’t know and even though he’s a dancer he still was given boy roles. He loved to wear tights and ballet shoes and clothing he loved make up and nail polish but I still thought it’s because of dance he was the only boy. Now since he told me I love going shopping with him his favourite is thrift shopping I hope the world accepts him and even though he may have challenges from ignorant people I want him to enjoy his life and be happy doing him♥️🌈♥️

I think this is more proof that being gay is biological. These twins are not identical, they are fraternal, which means they have different DNA. What are the chances of twins with different DNA being gay ? Biological factors while they were in the womb determined this but on the other hand, one twin can be gay and the other not. Biological science as yet to determine this. I knew as young as FIVE years old I was gay. I felt different than other people. I also remember at the age of 8, I knew by then I was attracted to boys. It`s an excruciating and painful process of growing up knowing you`re gay. I felt like a misfit even though I had alot of friends, I never told anyone and had to date girls as a coverup. I harbored this secret until I was an adult. People who don`t accept gays don`t truly understand the sheer emotional torment of knowing you`re different. When I came out to my parents, they didn`t take it well and I felt humiliated and unloved. Being gay is NOT a choice, this wonderful father of these twins said " it`s just the way things are" . My parents eventually warmed up to me, but it was a taboo subject that was never talked about after that and it is still not talked about. I`m still in counseling. I love my parents and I forgive them because they simply don`t understand. When you are one of seven sons like me, one is bound to be gay. It`s just the way things are.
