    Great video. I wanted to mention that some of the questions, however were confusing since a word/phrase used in the test question didn't "technically" match the actual definition of the word/phrase. For example, "To create a message that would allow recipients to provide the feedback, that could automatically be tracked..." The phrase "provide feedback" implies that the recipient is being asked to provide a "written" response. Since the answer is "Use Voting Buttons", this option is more about "ranking, voting (which would give it away), what's the best option, etc." Voting buttons is asking recipients to let the sender know, "What is your top choice," instead of asking to provide feedback. It might be splitting hairs as they say but in a test, a specific word or phrase can change a response. Overall, I found some of the actual terms used in the practice test question could potentially lead to incorrect responses, BUT your description of the correct response then provided the clarification of what the question was actually trying to ask. Thanks for doing these videos.
