I’ve been watching your content from the beginning, and your story really resonates with mine (with my experience in self-improvement, including Mewing, training, lost cuting phase and dirty/bad bulking).It also really reminds me that getting caught up in the routine of a 'normal life' and a regular 9-5 job, combined with low T, can freeze your progress for years-I’m proof of that. Sometimes, stepping back from the grind and refocusing on self-improvement might seem like a setback at first, but you're proof that it’s a path worth taking. It gives me hope that, even though I’m nearing 30, there’s still time to rise and pursue my goals-as long as I stay dedicated. Your journey shows that it’s never too late to get back on track and push forward. Thank you.

The problem with routines is that it can increase dopamine, which may increase anxiety. That makes your shoulder muscles stiff, which blocks the lymphatic flow in your face, which in turn increases puffiness. Anxiety also makes your face look exhausted, or even mad. Our principles and efforts should be aligned with who we are, not by intellectually made up ideas. But you're looking great!
I think your Dad would be happy that you enjoyed your final months with him and that you were able to improve massively and that his life ended while seeing you carry the torch, almost like it was your father's final gift to you.
Hi Chris wish I could show you my results from facial exercises.. my submental zone looked melted, it was bringing me from a 7 to a 4 out of ten, really that bad, I’ve been doing the exercises 2x a day morning and night, and have noticed change! This is saving me!!

I like the idea of self improving, but at some point it becomes masturbation. Like what kind of a hero goes about his day trying to improve his looks this much? You don’t have a higher purpose then this? I agree to train, sleep and mew, because they are healthy, but the rest seems like you only strive to please your ego and to look good. Is this what you will look back at life and feel good about?
I'm also 32. Tbh, I envy younger guys who come across these types of info early in their lives. But it's a wake-up call that it's never too late to start, might as well begin the grind now instead of wishing we had in another 10 years.

He did talk about it in a few videos, but i think what he said was that you can't really optimize for social interaction, basically you need to get better though sheer trial and error and learn from your past experiences
