Hi Nijil, a must try recipe. Corn flour just to add thickness to pickle masala rather than adding too much spice. Tuna is best for this recipe, I tried with salmon, was tasty too, prawns are another good option.👌

Corn flour is added while cooking, any ingredients added also combined with vinegar. So no problem to keep long. Good luck 🤞
