This is my ideal place to live in. Give me any of the cottages in this video and I would be perfectly happy for the rest of my life... Sadly I cannot afford one just yet.
The weather is part of the charm....I was hoping to get there sometime in the Autumn. It's my gift to myself, coming alone & people think I'm crazy, a 71 year old woman traveling alone to a different country but I can't wait!!! Ty for these beautiful inspiring walks!!! ❤
Good evening. The Autumn is a lovely time of year in the Cotswolds with all the incredible colours that the Fall brings. Hope to see you again. All the best to you.
@@michelepfaff5363 you won't regret visiting the Costwolds. It's truly one of the most charming places in the world and I was just looking at AirBnBs in Bourton-on-the-Water for a visit (a village not far from here). I hope you can make it
Another great walk. As I followed you along I was occasionally struck by the similarity of shots with another favourite series of mine: “Escape to The Country.” You pause briefly at 37.48 in, as one building catches your eye, and I almost hear the host from “Escape to The Country” triumphantly call out “Well, here’s property number one! A classic barn conversion set in 3 1/2 acres.” Thanks for this. A dull day but you could almost smell the grass around you. I’ll meet up with you again soon I’m sure. Stay well. John, Ontario, Canada

Lots of little woods everywhere and a very pretty little road through those woods. A very pretty walk. Thank you friend OAAW 😀😀😀😀😀

Hope your weekend is going well for you, Lita. All the best to you. OAAW
Walk a beautiful walk and if it were evening time I would have no trouble sleeping after a stroll like this. Thank you, OAAW. The thatched roof cottage at the end of the walked just topped the video off beautifully and the gust of wind through the trees mid way made it seem as if your really there yourself. 👏🚶♂
I don't want to sound like a scratched record but every time I see one of these videos in my subscription folder, I know I'm in for a treat. To see and hear those trees. Damn. It just raises the spirits. I don't want to say the same thing too much but I also know that interactivity matters on youtube. On a busy day, I often look at the length first and think when I have half an hour or an hour. That's why the longer the video the more likely I am to not get round to it for a day (depending on the day). But thanks for putting this stuff out there. I'm taking a second's break from it to write this because I just saw that beautiful upward look at the branches of a tree panning down to the view of the church with the bleating of sheep. Sheer joy.
Good evening Jago. I am extremely thankful for your wonderful comments and will never tire of reading them, so please keep them coming :). Just a short one coming tomorrow and it is a walk we both enjoy. Thanks for your continued support. All the best. OAAW
Wow, what a charming stroll through the Cotswold village of Bagendon! The historical insights about the parish church and its connection to novelist Hilda Gregg were fascinating. The early morning footage really captured the village's serene atmosphere, and the camera skimming along the road was a creative touch, giving us a unique perspective. Thanks for sharing this delightful and informative walk with us! 🚶♂🌳🏰
