Harley-Davidson Rocker - настоящее отступление от канонов производства круизеров, да ещё и осуществлённое силами самого знаменитого в мире производителя. Некоторое время назад
в мир вернулась мода на чопперы, и на рынке стали появляться модели, претендующие на то, чтобы называться именно чоппером, а не круизером, такие, например, как Yamaha Stryker,
Yamaha Raider и Honda Fury. Ну и множество моделей Victory, разумеется. Ну что ж, появление закономерного ответа от законодателя мод в этом классе было неизбежно.
На момент выхода, новинка имела только один доступный мотор - объемом 1,6 литра. Впрочем, это далеко не предел в данном классе,
но мотор действительно мощный, а ременной привод передаёт весь крутящий момент точно на заднее колесо. Охлаждение, разумеется, воздушное - это же «Харли».Выпуская на
рынок Harley-Davidson Rocker, компания задалась целью выпустить мотоцикл внешне более вызывающий и интересный, чем серийный круизер, и больше похожий на кастом ручной работы,

удалось.
