    Thumb is the pivot point for forehand.
    Side of the thumb is the pivot point for forehand smashing, because it’s narrower.
    Thumb up is there to prevent the request face rotate around the thumb and creating a downward angle, and with less pronation so the racquet face is a slicing face to the shuttlecock.
    It is all coming down to slight adjustments on the relative position of the thumb and the index finger.

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  Год назад +1

      right. You only need to slightly adjust your thumb and index finger. It's a different feeling for everyone, so you have to learn it themself.

      @@full-swing That is how I felt as well, a few combinations of griping and swinging might be achieve similar results. Thanks for replying and confirmation.
      I have been experimenting grips for your “devil slice” which is super impressive and deadly in application. Thanks for sharing all these knowledge.

    Do you usually change the position lower or higher of the grip and could you tell exactly when is the moment to change please, i feel like i could never have time to change during rallies, thank you

      If it is an overhead swing, the moment when the shoulders are thrown back.
      At the starting of the backswing if it is a drive swing.

    슬라이스
    오버핸드 투수의
    커브 그립과 비슷한
    스윙 매커니즘으로 사료 됩니다.
    타점을 잡아서 손등으로 던진다는
    느낌 으로 크게 한번 쳐보시면😂
    저도 그렇게 감 잡았습니다😅

    Hello coach Han, my right shoulder dislocated in an accident😢
    So, how much time it will take to come back to play the badminton (I am an intermediate player)

    • @full-swing
      @full-swing  Год назад +1

      I hope you recover soon. Rehabilitation from a dislocated shoulder is different for everyone. However, it is known that the period is not long(maybe 1~4weeks). More important than rehabilitation is preventing injury through the muscles in the shoulder area. Athletes these days do a lot of weight training. After your shoulder recovers, I hope you will do exercises that can grow your shoulder muscles.

    한코치님 레슨 영상 잘보고 있습니다! 한코치님 영상 잘 보고 있는데 하이클리어 영상은 제가 못찾는걸수도 있지만 없는것 같더라구요ㅠㅠㅠ 초보자 분들도 볼 수 있게 자세한 하이클리어 영상이 있으면 좋겠습니다! 항상 잘보고 갑니다! 감사합니다!😊

      배드민턴의 기술 이름은 보통 셔틀콕이 나아가는 궤적과 구질을 기준으로 지어집니다. 하지만 한코치는 기술보다는 동작을 기준으로 가르칩니다. 오버헤드 스윙을 높게 하면 클리어, 아래로 하면 스매시, 옆으로 하면 드라이브와 다르지 않다고 생각하기 때문입니다. 스매시와 클리어를 다르게 생각할 필요가 없다는 거죠. 그래도 초반에 만든 영상 몇개는 있네요.
