That's a pretty kit. For anyone without one of those diamond painting trays, take new tea-light and remove the wax (they just pop out of the foil base) and use the foil dish for the beads. It makes picking them up so easy because its a small pot.
I think this will be eye catching with those vibrant colors. Hubby says "thank you Rachel for giving Cindy ideas for another hobby" ( he has the credit card) LOL I really do like this and I am getting a kit! :)
I would love to try one of these! I have not tried cross stitch before, but I have done beaded/sequin embroidered Christmas stockings!! I looked at them on Amazon. I have many favorites! Big decision for me. Thanks for the demo!!
This is the 1st time that I have seen beaded embroidery And I'm so glad that you gave a little demonstration also. I think this is something that I could actually get into and I'm going to have to check out their store. Thanks 😀
I ALWAYS wanted to do a beaded embroidery kit, but I didn't want to buy one from China. So thank you😊 I just orderd one frome the seller you mentioned 😁
If you dont like the beading needle usually a no 28 tapestry needle will work and much easier to thread. Nice vibrant colors!!! Never saw kits with black background!!
I've never seen beaded Embroidery before - it's very beautiful. It looks difficult. Many years ago I did 3 beaded needlepoint pictures. It's a needlepoint canvas and you pick up a bead for every stitch (every single hole) working straight across each row. It took a long time but very beautiful. They are clowns I did for my mother (I have them now). The large one is about 12"x 18" and the 2 smaller ones are about 5"x 7". Same bead needle and very strong clear thread. Boy did I spill a lot of beads! I'd love to show them to you. Can't wait to see this when it's done.
Wow...I like the design you chosen...stunning! I love all the curves and colors with the beads will be amazing. It looks time consuming but also relaxing o ce you get the hang of it. I always wanted to try embroidery. Boy I don't need another hobby trying to work through my 125 DAC stash while moving and closing down 1 house and an apartment. I'm going to check out the store. I can't wait to see additional videos of you working on this please !
You can do a pin stitch when ending threads. It reps the backs less bulky and works greatly. Since I discovered it I have been using it on all my cross stitch patterns and embroidery
I had been eye balling this design for sometime. Since it is out of stock on Amazon, I checked out Ebay. I purchased it cause it will be shipped from Florida within the USA. There are 5 kits available 🌺
Great video, Rachel, thanks for posting! Thank you for the demo, as well! This is such a pretty project and I look forward to seeing your progress on it. 💖
I'm just guessing here, as I haven't done one of these yet, but I believe they ironed on an interfacing to the back of the fabric to make it more sturdy. A lot of embroidery will have an interfacing ironed on for this reason. Also, an easy way to knot. I'm sorry.. I'm not making fun, but I use to struggle with knots too. Thread the needle, then wrap the loose end of the thread around the pointed tip 3 times, hold the thread and needle between your finger and thumb so the thread doesn't move from where it's wrapped, then grasp the needle tip with your other hand and pull it all the way through, while still holding on to the wrapped thread. When it gets to the end it will automatically be a knot. (I think this is called a quilters knot, if it's easier to find a video for it, because I feel like I didn't make a lot of sense there.. haha) Thank you for this video. I'm going to add this to my list of things to try.
Hi Rach , I have a trapunto pattern that I'm planning on using as my pattern . I use number 11 seed beads . Vision not the greatest anymore . And I already have a ton of beads . We have a local bead shop that is amazing . They carry every size and shape when it comes to beads . Fire mountain gems is a really good place for beads .
I had a look. Some pretty kits. I looked the company up on Etsy too to find that it's really just one woman who loves embroidery and who has the misfortune to live in Kharkiv. I have just bought a bead kit and a cross stitch kit for the UK. They are on the UK Amazon but ship from US. In some tiny way I hope that helps someone. Thank you for the idea. Another way is to seek out Ukrainian artists who sell PDFs of things on Etsy and download them.
Thanks for showing this! I had been eyeing their shop on Etsy last year. I have a kit with this same fabric, and it's so hard to work with because the fabric wrinkles in the areas where it's more full. Yours looks more spaced out, so hopefully, you don't run into that.
Cool and how fun!! The type of knot I use is the same that a doctor uses when doing stitches - Instead of going through your loop once (14:53 in the video), you go through twice then tighten. You won't need to make multiple knots. Hope that makes sense - email me if you want a video. Thanks. Hugs to you and the family. Take care!
Thank you for this unboxing rachel. Unfortunately their Etsy store is taking a break since they are located in Ukraine :( I will look their Amazon page.
How did you even find this kit?!?!? Whenever I search for beaded embroidery kits all the results I get are either diamond painting kits or regular embroidery/cross stitch. I've been fascinated with beaded cross stitch for ages, but just haven't been able to find any kits on Amazon, etsy or even Ali express... Argh. So jealous 🙁
Are you using Amazon US or a different one? I know for sure Amazon UK don't have them. Rachel got this on Amazon US. This one is no longer available but there are plenty of other designs still in stock. I do not recommend the ones from Ali Express. The quality is awful.
She also has a shop on eBay, with many kits available, including this one. I just purchased this myself and can’t wait to start! It’s so beautiful and looks so relaxing to do. Good luck!
I search for 'bead embroidery' on etsy. You'd have to open up your search parameters though, as you'll have to pay international shipping. I don't think there are any sellers in Canada at this time.
I didn't know this craft existed! What a nice cross between diamond painting, cross stitch and needlepoint. I ordered a small partial- Spring Tulips- to try it out. Thanks for the heads up.
@rachelray I was wondering if you had a diamond kit the cancer birthday one on hand. I was trying to buy one on there app and they went discontinued this week. I know you have some over stock sometimes so was wondering if you did have it. I'd be gladly to pay you for it.
This looks beyond tedious. Poking and prodding the needle, rolling beads, poking and prodding the beads, eeek. I do all sorts of needlework, but I am so glad I watched your video because I believe I’ll pass. There are many kits like this on eBay. There’s a store on eBay which might be this same designer! Check that out too.
Yea, another Hobby I need to get hooked on. lol. That looks like it will be so pretty. Looks like Diamond Paintings kind of.
I had to watch. I don’t think I’ve ever seen bead embroidery. The picture is beautiful!!!!
Let the enabling begin. Love the kit. Thanks for the demo.

That is really neat, i looked and saw a fairy one too ⚾️
This is super pretty. Can't wait to see what it will look like with more beads.
Love the picture… very nice…. 👋♥️😘
I think this will be eye catching with those vibrant colors. Hubby says "thank you Rachel for giving Cindy ideas for another hobby" ( he has the credit card) LOL I really do like this and I am getting a kit! :)
muahahaha
I’ve been working on this canvas for about two years and it is incredibly stunning!! Nice choice! 🥰
I love your nails 💅 Rachel
I would love to try one of these! I have not tried cross stitch before, but I have done beaded/sequin embroidered Christmas stockings!! I looked at them on Amazon. I have many favorites! Big decision for me. Thanks for the demo!!

Hi Rachel, now I have to go order on of those embroidery kits. Stay safe.
I have one from them and I was impressed by the quality of both beads and canvas.
If you dont like the beading needle usually a no 28 tapestry needle will work and much easier to thread. Nice vibrant colors!!! Never saw kits with black background!!
Thanks for the demo no idea about how this would work. Going to take a look
I think you just found me a new craft thank you im sold !!!!! 💜💜💜
If after you are done your line of beads, go back through all of them, it straightens them and stabilizes them even more. Then finish on the back.
I saw your unboxing and decided right then to order one for myself. Can’t wait to get started.
I didn't know this was a thing. I need it in my my bursting at the seems craft room xD
I have wanted to try this forever. I have ordered my first kit today!

Love this kit. I used to bead jewelry and this reminds me if that.
Oh this is cool, I've never seen these before. I'll have to try one out after I'm done with my JWall dp
I love beaded cross stitch. I wish there was more of a selection. The one you have got looks good.👍🏻
I think there's low stock because she's selling out fast
This is the first time that I’ve seen/heard of this craft- I am definitely interested in trying it out! Thank you for the demo!

I am working on my first bead cross stitch kit from this seller I really love it so far and hope to see more kits available here in the US Thank you !

Oh wow! I've never seen this before! Clearly, I've led a VERY sheltered life 😆😆 This is great, I may hafta give it a go myself! 🤗
I never tried that but that is gorgeous love the colors its gonna be beautiful when finished 🌹

How did you find this on eBay…I am on the struggle bus over here….but I want this!
Unfortunately my purchase was refunded. I guess she forgot to close down her store on EBay. I’m bummed 😩

I’ve been looking for something like this since doing a Mill Hill kit. Thank you so much for sharing. 💜

This looks awesome to do!!
Thank you I would love to try it. 🥰🥰👍

Artbeads is another good site for seed beads, btw. I get mine from both sites depending on what I need.

Beautiful work!
This is so cool. I love the design and colors. It looks so weird you doing this at a right handed view.. I see same with knitting/crochet ..
Love your nails!
It's so pretty 😍 I'm thinking I need to sit on my hands to stop me ordering more. Memo to oneself "you have enough of these for at least a year".
Oh wow I love this
That is amazing !
I love beaded embroidery. I have some beaded embroidery kits
#3 matches your nails for St patty,s Day Rachel.

No more in stock!!! It is beautiful.
It’s being sold on EBay from her shop. There are 5 left. Ships from Florida

Beautiful canvas, I've never heard of this before and you called it beaded embroidery and beaded cross stitch, are they the same thing?
Would love to see an update when you finish this. What will you do with the completed project?
Frame it :)
Thank you for this unboxing rachel. Unfortunately their Etsy store is taking a break since they are located in Ukraine :( I will look their Amazon page.
FYI. Her kits are still on EBay. They are being shipped from Florida
@@angied.5292 Thank you. Did not think to check ebay
I remember when I first started watching you , you were doing beading, did you ever finish it?
Nope LOL It's gonna take a lifetime I think

Can you so from Amazon US in Canada? We can pretty much order from any Amazon in Ireland, but I know that isn't the case for every country.

Very beautiful picture there would love for you to do a Wip and chat with this as I’m interested in bead work 😍😍👍👍

Sorry, I do not have Cancer in my stash...
@@RachelRaeCraft ok np. Thank you for responding back to me. Have a great day!
I would never get one of these finished. It would end up in my pile of "to be finished".
Wow so expensive tho it’s 100 dollars for me did you get this donated for review or did you buy it
I bought it myself. If it was sent to me for review or PR I'd let you know in the video and tag the video appropriately
I tried to buy currently unavailable
The fractual kit is not available on Amazon right now they sold out.😞
This kit is being sold on EBay by her shop. It’s coming from Florida. There are 5 kits left. I bought one😊
