Love this! You clearly explained what needed to be done and told truthfully this isn't a fast craft. The coin bag is lovely! Well done. I'd love to make one with pansies, my favorite flower, one day.

hey❤️ lovin this tutorial (just bought beads to make my own coin purse!) i don’t really get how you’ve sewn the liner to the pouch, is it a normal running stitch from the “outside” of the purse to the inside of the liner? did you sew through the zip as well? help please🥺

Hi! Yes I did a running stitch but I didn’t want it to show much from the outside. so where my needle came out through the outside and then back in is a very small stitch and then on the inside I had a quarter inch gap before I put the needle back through. Its hard to put into words but I hope that made sense! 😁 and I went through the side fabric of the zipper

Not sure if I missed it, but what type of thread did you use for the beading?

    • @Biancamakesit

I just used regular cotton sewing thread but if you want it to be more secure you could definitely choose a stronger thread 😊💕

Do you think you could hand stitch the liner? I want to try this but don’t have a sewing machine 😅

Yeah definitely! You’ll just have to take a little extra time so there aren’t any big gaps betweeen stitches 😊💕

Great Video. Creating something like this takes focus and discipline which you definitely have. The threading part seem complicated from the eyes but you did a great job on verbally explaining the process. I couldn’t stop laughing when you gave your opinion on the lemon cookie “You can tell it is healthy, it is not very sweet so this is probably better for me than crumbl cookie” line. That was hilarious.😂 Overall, the project looks great and time consuming but it was worth the video. Keep creating Bianca.🙂

Thank you! It was a mentally draining project just because of how tedious is was 😅
