Just a tiny correction: Sigmarsson din't step away after '90, he was supposed to compete in WSM 1992. It was supposed to be Sigmarsson vs. Magnussen in Iceland. The evening before the first contest day, Sigmarsson tore his bicep and had to pull out. Event tester Ilkka Kinnunen was called in as a replacement after having done four days of event testing. Soon after, Sigmarsson passed away, and we never got that Icelandic showdown.
@Tyler Vincent Well he had a heart defect, may have been affecting him, as he didn't live long after that. Or maybe the accumulated injuries taking their toll. Great video!!
Sure the first three competitions introduce mainly Americans, but Wilhelm and Reinhoudt definitely deserve recognition of how strong they were.
Gary Taylor's win was the first WSM I remember watching as a kid. I watched it with my dad and watched many more with him. RIP dad, it's moments like I miss so much.
That was great I sat with my seven year old son and he loved it 👍😉only thing was he wanted to know where I was lol 😂 perhaps you can explain uncle loz 😂👍👍👍
Tell him daddy was banned for being too dominant 👍🏽
@@BigLozOfficial Perfect answer Loz.
This is the best strongman video ever
I love Big Z❤️🇨🇦
Thank you for this video
I think Kaz being banned for being too strong is the best title. You basicly beat the game.
Loz, your voice over skills are exceptional. Oh...and darn good recap of the previous winners, too.
0:42 is it me or is this guy looks like pablo escobar?
Great video. Thanks for making it.
Either way, I agree that Magnus was more likely to win. It just seems so like WSM to try to arrange Magnus vs Jon Pall in Iceland and end up with Ted Van Der Parre winning.
They competed against each other many times in other competitions. Both winning several of them.
this channel is amazing
