Nice video showing the inner workings of your shop. I've tried to do V60's, but since I run a pop-up by myself, it is tough to take the 4 minutes or so make one.
The GbW grinders from Mahlkonig are great. I went from 34 seconds to dose and grind 18g into a portafilter to just 6 seconds with an e65s GbW.
