Seeing your truck and trailer in this video I think I passed by you with your dogs staked up at a rest stop in Utah, next time I’ll have to stop and shake your hand and exchange some tips.
Very well might have. I think I staked them out for feeding in Utah when I was both going to and coming from Idaho. On the way back, I stopped close to Ogden. Really striking mountains there. If you see me again definitely stop and say hi if you have the time. I would appreciate both a handshake and some tips! Thanks for watching!
For the camping spot, I just identified BLM land with some maps, which I know you can camp on. Then I went to Google Earth and found a few places within BLM boundaries that looked like they could be camping areas. When I got there, the first couple of spots I had thought might work didn't (too close to houses/road), so I looked around some and found the spot I ended up staying at. It worked out great. There is A LOT of public land there. Thanks for watching!
That is one of my favorite areas. Unbelievable terrain and lots of wildlife. The bird hunting can be phenomenal! What an adventure, good for you!
This was a good trip for me. It has also quickly become one of my favorite areas. Thanks for watching and for your comment!

They did enjoy the birds.... but they didn't savor them. They disappeared pretty quickly.
How did you find the location in Idaho?
