    Hi Rachel, I have seen friends of mine struggle with food and I am so, so proud of you. That dinner looked yummy (even though I don't like pesto), the beans, broccoli. 😋
    I think I'm skipping foods easily for "not liking it", but recently I tried radishes again and it seemed my pallet has changed, cause I liked them. I should follow your lead more. 😉 You go girl! 🤗

    I really enjoyed this video!! Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts about how you're feeling about the food you're eating. It's so awesome to see you acknowledge your struggle and still eat the food, I think it definitely helps my mindset recovering from my own ED.

    Can't wait to watch my life is cheap atm I am really struggling I had a relapse and now finding it really hard I feel depressed. Yesterday was very hard because I did the jar challenge and tried an iced pumpkin latte at Starbucks I felt so guilty.
