    Hi Rachel. Thank you so much for making these videos.
    Even tho I don't suffer from an ed caused by body dysmorphia, I suffer from OCD and an extreme food and eating fear caused by my emetophobia, this has led to severe depression. I have been in a very difficult time in my life for years, but your encouraging videos and tips have helped me try to overcome this and gave me hope that I can be happier in the future. Thanks for everything :)

    heya rachel, just wanna say how inspiring ur journey is :) you are AMAZING!!! just a quick question - I was curious abt the cereals u were sharing: do you find having 'diet' products (eg high protein, low sugar, etc) is unhepful for ur recovery in any way? how do u navigate this? just wondering as im personally finding it tough to recover whilst still having restricitons and things that are advertised as 'healthy' (according to diet culture). take care and keep smashing it

      @@sophia-nk5pm These were kindly gifted, hence why it was cereal of choice for this video! To live a free life you have to eat what you truly want. Always. That means no restriction. You have to challenge every food too, for some the cereal may be scary for others may not. Recovery is personal to you! Keep going ❤️
