If you guys have the same ebay special as i got: connecting white to red and black to black gets rid of the flashing. It will only light up with the headlights on, and will no longer work as a brake light. Seems better than flashing while braking though.
Thanks it works. Only difference is I did black with black. Red with green and I had white so I did that with red. And it worked. When I had red with red and my white to green. It kept blinking.
No clue. Some others have had similar problems but I really have no idea. If you did what I did in this video then I really have no tips other than double check your work.

Yea man it was a hard decision but we needed an suv. We got a qx50 luxe and we got the same for the Q that we paid 😂. So same boat. I wanted a charger but I had a srt8 charger now the challenger and after looking at them closer I just wasn’t too impressed. The Red Sports are more my style.

Why didn't you use T-taps? Easier and less chance of cutting through the wires. Also, why not use your heat gun for the shrink wrap instead of an open flame? You could have done all three at once. Last pick. Why not use black hardware for the install since it's visible or black screw cap covers? I guess I'm just picky 😂
Yea bro it ain’t even that deep 😂. Why didn’t I just twist the wires together and use electrical tape? I could have used butt connectors too. The auto scene is full of a million preferred ways to do things and everything gets clouded with “the right way to do it is X”. Appreciate the feedback tho

So if you have anything other than 2018 luxe and you soldered the wires exactly how I did I really don’t know how to fix or change it. 😣.
@@TIRADORACING I have a 2018 sport, its the same, lime green, purple, black, red. Its probably not infiniti, but the product itself because I didn’t get mine from vicrez, I just decided to disconnect the flashing and keep it lit lol.

Right.... a 2017. 14-17 are the same 2018 it changes. This rear diffuser is for a 18-19. So it looks like you need to find out where he got his diffuser seeing your model years are compatible. The vicrez website CLEARLY has the diffuser I used listed for 18-19 so do not buy it thinking it will fit lol.
Oh wow, I have the exact car but without the sensors. I don’t know what the difference is but two reputable shops told me the diffuser is incompatible with my 2018 luxe bumper. I’m having a hard time returning the product to vicrez now, though I love the product and wish it would fit.
Yeah, it really is weird. The entire reason I ordered it from vicrez is because I wanted the quality/fitment to be perfect. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product, it’s jus not fitting properly according to two shops! After the first said it can’t work, I decided to go to another popular shop that installed quite a few of these diffusers. He never installed one from vicrez but it essentially looks the same other than the quality of the carbon fiber. Both times, with me willing to pay $$$, told me it’s not compatible. I’m just shocked that vicrez is giving me such a hard time with this return.

It’s a clip that releases. Your talking about the Eli tricks connectors? Their behind the trunk liner. Remove trunk liner, unclip the harness. That’s it

That is a very valid point. It’s also the beauty of the market. I would never push someone to pay more if they can get the same product at a better price, at the end of the day we all work hard for our money. My only question would is what is the trade off (if any) for buying at a cheaper price… customer service? I’m not sure, just thinking outside the box. But to be clear you have a valid point.

So after you applied heat to the solder and heat shrink you wrapped each wire in electrical tape?
I used dealership “Flocking tape”, wrapped them all together. Electrical tape will work.
The extended wire, is that from the harness? The wiring that came with my diffuser is super short.

Had the same wiring. Ended up doing white to red and red to green and black to black. It’s worked perfect.

Double check your wiring. looks like something is grounding out or something keeping constant power.
